Lisbonne : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Ricardo est un hôte très prévenant et disponible que ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour. Tout les jours, nous avons un message pour s'assurer que tout vas bien. Toujours disponible pour nous donner des conseils. L'appartement est très bien situé, nous avons presque tous fait à pieds Si je reviens à Lisbonne, je reviendrais chez Ricardo. Je recommande vivement !!!

João’a place is absolutely as advertised. We rented for a month and could stay all year. The view is better than anywhere in town. Perfect location if you like to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable to many beaches. Amenities were great. Not a single thing to complain about. Thanks João, we’ll be back!

Mega Aufenthalt bei Maria und Mario! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – super zentral, alles easy zu Fuß erreichbar, und der beste Coworking-Space der Stadt wo ich gearbeitet habe war nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Perfekt für Workation! Eigentlich wären es glatte 5 Sterne, aber ich ziehe einen mini Stern ab – nicht böse gemeint, nur damit mein Budget nächstes Mal für einen längeren Aufenthalt reicht. ;) LG , Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal!

We had an amazing stay at Diana’s place. We felt very welcomed and comforted. The apartment is well equipped and clean. A big plus is that you wake up in the morning with the sun or/and of light! The apartment is in general very bright due to the 4.floor. The location is just perfect to explore Lisbon. It’s in Alfama next to Graca, with an excellent view over the River Tejo. The neighborhood has lots of to offer, from small (vintage)shops, super- or minimarkerts, amazing brunch cafes to excellent restaurants. The next train/metro station (Santa Apolonia) is just 4 min walk away and takes you to close and far destination. But we explored everything by walking due to Lisbon is not that big and there is a lot (art) to see :). We loved to stay here and will surely come back again! Thanks Diana and Jorge for hosting us plus picking us up from the airport! See you soon again!

It was lovely to meet Judite when she warmly welcomed me at the Airbnb. She and Sara had kindly left fruit, croissants, milk and an array of teas and coffees in the kitchenette which was well equipped and spotless as was the shower room. There was always lots of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and sometimes at the table in the room. It was very near the supermarket and a cafe and a short walk to the beach. The train station was also within walking distance. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal- mitten in der Alfama und sehr ruhig. Sie ist allerdings recht klein und bietet sehr wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Dusche hat einen sehr starken Wasserdruck und durch den Luftentfeuchter gab es keinen entsprechenden Geruch. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Anna empfangen; sie gab uns nicht nur sehr gute und hilfreiche Tipps und stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sondern überraschte uns mit einer Flasche Wein, Käse und einem Obstkorb. Zu erwähnen ist noch die Sauberkeit und natürlich die wunderschöne Dachterrasse, die wir leider wegen des unbeständigen Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Lissabon und wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Anna.

Wunderbare und authentische Gastgeber, ein großes Dankeschön an Isabel und Luis! Ein herzlicher Empfang trotz unsere Flugverspätung. Gute Einweisung in ihrem Loft, allerlei nützliche Tipps zur Umgebung und Besichtigungen rund um Parede. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Infomappe gut gestaltet vorhanden, Busverbindungen usw. Ein Parkplatz ist immer zu finden, zum Bahnhof Parede sind wir 10 Minuten gelaufen. Gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt über einen Parkplatzbereich erreichbar, 2 Minuten. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Sichere und ruhige Umgebung. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten kostenfreies parken in den Nebenstraßen! Direkt am Strand und im Distrikt Lissabon wird kostenpflichtig strikt und schnell abgeschleppt - inkl. Parkkralle. Aber für uns kein Problem. Ebenso zu empfehlen Cascais und Guincho Strand. Natürlich Belem, Cascais und Lissabon mit der CP Bahnlinie. Wir können die Loftwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Loved the loft. Will definitely come again when I visit Lisbon. The space is incredible and the little details in the designs make it super satisfying for the eye. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place for you. I didn’t mind, the noises, it felt alive and cosy. And during the deeper night is was actually super quiet. A great spot if you like lofts and design.

J'ai énormément aimé le loft. Outre le fait qu'il est extrêmement spacieux, il est merveilleusement bien organisé et décoré. De fait, c'est l'un des plus beaux logements airbnb que j'ai expérimentés. Le lit est très confortable et la salle de bain est sublime, avec une cabine de douche ultra spacieuse et une belle baignoire. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce qui est utile et nécessaire. Les triples vitrages ne laissent pas entendre le bruit de la circulation de l'avenue. La localisation est également très pratique : pas très loin des centres d'intérêt, facilement accessibles en uber. Enfin, la communication avec Nuno était très facile et agréable. L'immeuble possède un ascenseur mais n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite car il y a quelques marches à grimper avant d'y accéder. Ce logement ravira tous ceux qui aiment le beau, le luxe, la modernité et le confort.

Great apartment, very close to local amenities. A short drive or train ride to Cascais. This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, Nuno is very helpful and communicative with many local recommendations. We stayed here as we could bring our dog and it’s in a great position to explore the Cascais area.

Lage Lage Lage Wir reisen mit dem Auto, daher waren wir froh eine Unterkunft mit Tiefgarage zu finden, von der wir die Stadt zu Fuss entdecken konnten. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär eingerichtet, wir haben nur Kaffee gekocht. Es hat aber viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt jedoch seinen Zweck. Für einen Kurztrip nach Lissabon mit dem Auto sicher optimal. Die Anfahrt durch die Gassen ist von der Autobahn aus kurz, daher gut machbar. Im Moment wird viel Gebaut in dieser Nachbarschaft, daher vorher mit GoogleMaps die Anfahrt planen, es hat sehr viele Abbiegeverbote. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Lissabon zu Fuss zu erkunden. ca. 20 Min. in die Innenstadt. Am Abend kann man in der Nachbarschaft viel unternehmen, kleine Restaurants und Bars!

Appartement proche de la station de métro dans un quartier très calme. Très bien tenu, bonne literie et très vivant dans son jus. Paolo est un hôte parfait.
