The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Perfect air BnB with 2 18 month old toddlers, the double bedrooms with the single beds were HUGE absolutely perfect to fit in a family of 3, kitchen had everything you need and bars/restaurants/parks were all a walking distance away. Great spot for a large family, will definitely be rebooking yearly as it was just the perfect place for us

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place in Belfast. The house was very clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Chris was a fantastic host, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to visit around the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Belfast. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient stay in the city!

Linda was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Very informative and helpful, sent loads of information and very responsive. Friendly and altogether great host. Property was close to city, easy to locate and park. Inside was spacious and clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot in north Belfast. ample parking for your car, good transport links down into the city. The house itself is warm and homely and has a lovely outside space in the back Really comfy sofa in the living room and nice modern kitchen

Fantastic house close to Queens, Stranmillis and Botanic. We came to celebrate a special birthday and visit our daughter studying at Queens and the house was perfect size for the guests.

We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Stephen's beautiful house which was extremely clean, roomy and equipped with all we needed. It is a perfect location for exploring Belfast or in our case visiting family with buses or gliders on the doorstep. We will be booking again on our next visit.

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Michelle and her team were responsive, and available to address any concerns. I found the house super comfortable, and pleasantly furnished. The enormous clawfoot bathtub and large comfy bed made my stay exceptionally restful. I even did some baking!

The house was more than we could have asked for, it was spotlessly clean, all the amenities that we needed, very beautiful house, and a very good price, would definitely like to return.

Perfect location everything you need is walkable, maybe 10 minute walk from the bus station and only a 10 minute drive to the airport… Everything you need is provided… Perfect apartment!

This really was an ideal place to stay for our night at the Kingspan watching the rugby. Shame the result didn’t go our way.

Stephen's place was a lovely base for Belfast. Lovely rooms (we especially loved the art!!! - he has a good eye for unusual, pictures. we felt instantly at home. rooms are a good size, with plenty of storage for unpacking belongings.. it's a good location too...an easy 45 minute walk to the city centre. Roughly £12 in an uber to city centre or Titanic museum

Fantastic townhouse in lovely town just outside Belfast. A great stay for the last week. Stephen was brilliant host , easy to communicate with and responded very quickly and friendly . We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and staying in this lovely house helped towards that.

We were very pleased with our stay! Jonathan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was clean and well-suited for a couple of nights. There were only two minor downsides: the hot/cold tap in the shower was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, and the location was a bit farther from the city center than expected, about a 35-minute walk or a short bus ride. Overall, it was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price.

Great place. The house is stunning with a really chilled vibe. Loved it. Great location for city centre and local deliveries. Beds were super comfy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s and would highly recommend. The house was super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. The location is spot on, set on a quiet residential street, but with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the glider stop for the 10 minute ride into the city centre is a stone’s throw away too. Finding the property and check in was hassle free and communication with David was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Really lovely 3 bedroom terrace house, clean and spacious throughout. Paul was kind enough to grant us some requests, and we appreciate him for that. Can't recommend this place more highly.
