We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for vacation. It was enough room for all of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom yet be able to come together in the common areas. The pool area was great and very private which was a plus! Felt like home away from home which was nice. Also, loved that the house was hooked up with the resort so that we had access to their pools and hot tubs as well. Plus just a short walk to the beach! Mark was a fabulous host. He provided clear and easy instructions, gave great recommendations on restaurants and was very responsive to our questions. We would recommend anyone staying here and we would definitely look at coming back again.

Cindy’s home is absolutely stunning and situated near the beach, which is where we spent the majority of our trip! We had two families and four teenagers, and we had an extra bedroom available and ample bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Cindy had everything you could want for the beach, including plenty of large beach towels, more sand toys than you can imagine, boogie boards, tons of beach chairs, an umbrella, beach mat and so much more! We even added a couple of nice shovels to the mix- don’t worry about bringing or purchasing any thing more! She’s got a wagon to haul things to the beach as well as a large cooler. Being March with cooler weather, we paid the extra fee to warm the pool and we’re glad we did. Our primary recommendation, if you are able, is to bring mattress toppers, as the king sized bed we slept in was VERY firm (which some prefer, but we struggled with). The other couple with us felt the same with their queen bed. The kids didn’t have any problems sleeping ;)

One of my favorite places, I have ever stayed at. Beautiful home and was conveniently located to everything you could possibly want on a vacation. With restaurants, shops, and the beach all within less than a mile. My fiancé was in love with the house and already wants me to look into booking it again in the next few months. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 if I could. But 5 stars will work just as well! Awesome vacation and great host!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Madeline was an amazing host. She is very kind, professional, helped with any inquiries I had and always responded in a timely manner. As we were traveling from another state, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early since we had a lengthy drive. The home has really comfortable beds and is in a quiet location, so that made for a good night's rest! We liked that it is very close to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. There are 3 parking spaces, which was perfect since we did not have to worry about finding parking or paying for extra parking. Another cool thing is that the house has four bedrooms total, but two of the bedrooms are primary bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) which were perfect for my parents and aunt/uncle. The home is clean, very spacious and perfect for a family or friends traveling together. We would definitely recommend staying at Madeline's place and look forward to returning again!

Georgia was a great host! She was very helpful and responsive. Her home was very clean and exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s a beautiful place to stay for a couple weeks. Our family felt right at home and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, quiet, private and a quick walk to the beach. We were even able to fish off the pier. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra couple days. I would highly recommend Georgia’s home to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

A true backyard oasis that was peaceful and private with many activities to choose from. Heather and Joe are very nice and were very responsive during our stay and the house has anything you could possibly need. The heated pool was definitely worth it and made for a fun pool day.

This house was so beautiful perfect location for me and my family. We really enjoyed ourselves.. We also had the best host. David is very nice and well responsive when we needed him.. absolutely cannot wait for our next visit.

Me and my parents stayed here and it was a breeze! Super comfortable, we spent most of the trip at the airbnb and in the backyard which was so lovely!! We walked into the main street in Georgetown multiple times from the front door, super safe area too! the cutest little neighborhood. comfortable beds & couches and you can tell they out effort into making this place livable. The airbnb made this trip super special for me and my parents ❤️ we will talk about this place for years to come

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. A lot of restaurants only one block away. The only downside were the sand burrs. In all fairness they are every where. If you have a dog I suggest booties for him. We had to remove the burrs all the time. Again this has nothing to do with Shelia's rental. They are everywhere. Will rent this place again! Very homey.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Before we arrived Charles had already contacted me, and sent all of the details. The house was real nice and clean upon arrival. My family will be returning in the future.

Home was great. Adam was great. Over all it met our expectations. I would caution that the bathrooms are not amazing. The water pressure is low. Whoever handyman that renovated the bathrooms, maybe should stick to other professions.

We absolutely loved this very cozy, beautifully decorated beach house! Beds were very comfortable, kitxhen had everything we needed, deck was huge and lower area had seating also for the evenings. The golf cart was a huge added bonus and made it so nice to be able to get right on once we arrived. Had some concerns when we arrived, Cathy responded within minutes, 5 star for the owners on taking so much pride in their home, we cannot wait to book with them again!

Our family enjoyed this beach house! We loved the short walk to the beach! The house was spacious and had a ton of rooms for different families. The owner had great communication.

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much, it is very quiet all my nieces could play and at the same time we could enjoy the tranquility in the area. The property has everything to have a good time.. thank you very much it was as if I had been in my own house!!!! I recommend it 100%

We had a great time at the Pho Shore. Michelle was great to work with, very responsive and checked in on us a few times just to make sure everything was good. The house was one of the best we have stayed at..several extra bonus items(bikes, beach toys and chairs, floats and air pump). A great location and this would be perfect for a family trip or just a bunch of friends. Quiet neighbor hood, not much traffic, only a block from the beach and convenient to some great restaurants.

This place is exactly what is listed in the description. The host was very responsive and made the transition very easy saying it was last minute. Beds were very comfortable and more than enough room for our party. I recommend this place and will book again.

Me and my family really enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday weekend at Steven place. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, the house was as described. It was very clean and cozy.We will most definitely be booking with Steven again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for family of 15. There were alot of great restaurants in the area that were super close. We will definitely be back!

I have absolutely no complaints about this stay other than the fact that we booked in December and not July to enjoy the pool. Lol. 🤣 Very clean, spacious, and welcoming host. We had 6 people and it accommodated us very well. We could’ve brought 2 more! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.
