I must say visitingKara‘s place was an amazing experience like none other before. The house is literally right off the water. It’s a very comfortable relaxing place to stay very clean very spacious. Everything that you know is going to be right there. There’s nothing like having a cup of coffee first thing in the morning and sitting by the they also do have hiking trails nearby, and the local restaurants are great. This is a I will never forget. I’m definitely coming back. This is 100% a hidden gem.

Sweet Dotties Cottage was better than expected. It was right on the water and even had a dock for our boat. It was very clean and exactly as described. The screened in porch was great at night. I highly recommend and will be visiting this property again.

This is the second time I've stayed at this place and I couldn't have been happier. The view is amazing, the hosts are so friendly and responsive, and the place itself is so cute, cozy, and comfortable. The next time I'm in the area, I will absolutely be booking with them again. My stay was everything I hoped for! The location to the lake was perfect and the views from the primary bedroom are perfect to wake up to in the morning! I was especially happy with the comfort of the bed, the linens and the pillows! I really enjoyed the fireplace. My stay was a very relaxing getaway, peaceful and rejuvenating!

The cabin was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending evenings on the porch, soaking in the stunning sunsets over the water. The proximity to outdoor activities was also a highlight, with plenty of options for hiking and exploring the natural beauty around us. Overall, our stay was lovely, and we highly recommend this cabin for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with family. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful, relaxing, clean house. Great host. Short walk to a great 1 hr hike up the hill but not walkable to anything else. Easy drive to many great towns, mayflower inn, restaurants. Lake would be enjoyable in summer, but beautiful year round.

I stay at cottages, houses and hotels quite frequently. I would have to say that staying here was probably my favorite of all time hands down. Extremely peaceful and relaxing but at anytime you can be adventurous and explore the area or go kayaking. Kathy was absolutely amazing as a host and made our stay great. She’s a text away if you have any questions and is willing to go the extra mile if need be to make your stay that much better. Absolutely loved the house and it was better than the description I had read prior to booking. A complete must stay even being from CT.

This Airbnb was truly better than the pictures. This lake house has its own private beach, is close to amazing eateries in Bantam and the house itself is modern and clean on the inside and is an amazing space to spend time. The deck and chairs as well as the fire pit and chairs on the beach make it all an amazing place to relax. Would stay again!!

My family and I came back for a second year to stay at the West Hill Cabin because we loved it so much last year! Michael is so accommodating and extremely responsive. We can’t rave enough about the Great Room - that couch is so comfortable and my kids love the toy closet and protector! Looking forward to another stay next year.
