It was our first experience with Airbnb. We were there to tour the World Headquarters for Jehovah’s Witnesses and this proved to be our evening haven. The house was well stocked as others had commented. We enjoyed relaxing and spent much time in living room with the beautiful view. It was perfect for our stay. Our thanks to our Host.

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Had an awesome stay while visiting family for the week! Daryl made it very easy to choose the place. Everything was very detailed and just as described! The fireplace was very comforting during my chilly stay. Will definitely be booking the place again in the future!

My party and I stayed here on and off for three weeks over summer 2024. The place is beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned, and spacious. Well-equipped for all you could need. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, and even set aside some items my party forgot to pick up at our following stay. The grounds are lovely, with many flowering plants (quite a handful are native, too!) with a stream flowing through the back. The property is located on a backroad, so the location is peaceful, while still being close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a lovely snowy weekend hiking, eating at local restaurants and curling up by the fire. This looks like a great place to return to during the summer for enjoying the outdoor amenities as well!

This is our second visit to Jonathan’s home. It’s lovely and stress free place to stay. Views are amazing and is so well equipped. It’s truly a home away from home.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Allison was flexible, and we really appreciate that! we are very busy people and she worked with us when we had a scheduling mix up.

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

I was very pleased at the pet- friendly features of this home away from home. There was lighting throughout the edge of the backyard which allowed me to safely take my dogs out before bedtime. We also took short walks in the neighborhood. The area was very quiet at night and I slept very well. I lived in the same city in a different area for years and had never experienced that level of quiet!

It was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving getaway! The kitchen is clean, spacious, and fully equipped; the living room and bedroom are cozy; and the office is a nice addition (extra monitors for WFH). Thanks for hosting us and our pup!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The house is beautiful, well decorated, has everything you need and it is truly dog friendly!! Instructions were clear, helpful, and the house was spotless clean. The towns nearby are very cute and we definitely plan on going back for Spring or Fall!!

Our family of four had a wonderful winter weekend at Erma’s house. The house was comfortable, even during a winter storm. Erma made sure to have the driveway plowed, so we could still enjoy a day of skiing. And the sunset views were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome trip! The cabin and backyard was beautiful and we loved the hot tub. We recommend visiting Kent Falls and Craft Kitchen and Bar. Overall totally worth every penny and would love to visit again!

Carrie was very attentive and concerned about giving me the best instructions to make me feel at home. I didn't struggle to check-in and get settled. What ever question or concern I had she would answer me quickly and kindly. I recommend this beautiful place that will make you feel welcome and at home. Wonderful rustic country house with all amenities. Authentic in every way. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the back yard. The house overlooks a road so there is some car noise during the day but not much. John replied to a text message promptly and resolved a tiny issue we had. The kitchen has EVERYTHING for foodies and there are farms all around selling fresh products. Highly recommended. Only thing to think of is the driveway is steep so in the winter it may be a challenge and the stone stair access is not handicapped friendly so not for those in wheelchair and not easy for baby strollers. Highly recommended for a getaway from NYC.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s home. The place was so cozy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. Ana was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. The location was great, we loved the outdoor area and comfy living space. We’d definitely stay here again!
