Rauls place was absolutely beautiful, everything you could as for and more. Only small issue would be more cleaning supplies in kitchen, such as soap garbage bags etc. Overall though the view was worth it all and such a beautiful place. And he was so good at responding always.

We loved our stay here! The view out the balcony was beautiful and we even saw whales. The condo was exactly as described and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (even ninja branded appliances too!) We had our toddler with us and we were able to child proof easily and make it safe for her. Andrea was a fantastic host. She replied quickly, gave recommendations and met us for check in / check out. The location was great for being quiet with a toddler. It wasn’t as walkable as we’d like for restaurants (having a toddler who walks slow - but if we had travelled without her it would have been fine!) the coffee shop on the corner (ola cafe) was a close walk and great coffee each morning. Only things I would have to say to add for the condo itself - another blanket. We wanted to be able to sleep on the couch too but couldn’t. The building was very nice. The elevators could take a bit because it was a tower. If you wanted a good pool chair you did have to go down quite early.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Departamente limpio, ordenado, muy buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del malecon y a dos cuadras de la iglesia, muchas lugares para comer y cenar alrededor Descansamos muy agusto los tres dias Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Departamento muy cómodo para una familia de 4, las camas suaves y tiene una terraza con vista muy agradable a la marina. Las playas quedan algo lejos, pero la alberca y la ubicación lo compensan.

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

A great place to stay! The pool was so refreshing and the grounds were peaceful and lush. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and within minutes of great restaurants and the beach. The entry is on the flat part of the street, and was super easy to find, and not too hilly! The house was clean, and we enjoyed cooking on the stove and relaxing in the shade on the patio. The rooftop sun deck was also nice! Having access to the resort was so nice, it was calm and away from the crowds, had a big heated pool, iguana sanctuary, and great beachside service for drinks and snacks. We hope to return and couldn’t recommend Octavio’s place more!

Elena is incredible! We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs over the years and Elena and Felix are some of the very best hosts we’ve had! They are kind, welcoming, and just overall so hospitable. We stayed for a month in this space with our 1 year old and it was perfect! The space is just as described-and Elena makes sure to keep you well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, plenty of towels, etc. these little things can truly make a place so much better and we appreciate the attention to these little things. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. The pool is very nice and also very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood itself is very walkable however it is a little more difficult to leave the neighborhood without a car. Bus is available, uber is available, and you can walk on the beach—so it’s not impossible. If you’re looking for a getaway from a city—this place is PERFECT! We can’t wait to come back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Our visit to PV was perfect thanks to the incredible accommodations! The condo was exactly as described and the beach and pool are even more beautiful than the photos! The hosts were very responsive, the unit is just gorgeous, and there were so many conveniences. A large grocery store is just a 5 minute walk and the in-unit laundry is such a nice feature. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!!! Thank you for making our vacation so perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. This is a great condo that is comfortable to stay in. Condo is well equipped. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Marc is an excellent host who responded quickly to all our requests. Highly recommend.

One of Best places we have ever stayed by far.. Clean Beautiful views with sliding doors to enjoy the nice weather and listen to the waves Informative host Comfy beds The kitchen had everything we needed to cook We felt safe being the condo had security at the entrance Walking distance to the grocery store and resturants Peaceful location We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom We even saw whales from our balcony being it was whale season We were sad to leave wished we owned the Condo!!! Worth the price.

Sam’s home was – well, the only word to describe it is heavenly! The furnishings, the layout, and especially the views, were like something out of a Hollywood movie. It was lovely to be able to listen to the sound of the ocean’s waves, and enjoy the warmth of the sun without setting a foot outside the door. Not to say we didn’t take advantage of the lovely infinity pool on the rooftop, while drinking margaritas and piña colada’s while enjoying munchies. The pictures on the site here, well, very accurate, cannot capture the wonderful ambience we experienced during our six days at the Orchid. Hoping there is a next time!

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Increíble estancia, recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en este lugar. Es increíble tanto el departamento como el condominio, las albercas tienen vistas espectaculares al atardecer y muchas albercas y jacuzzi para pasar el día. Lo recomiendo mucho, nos encantó el lugar.

Such a beautiful setting right by the ocean. This property has so much character and charm and was so cozy. We enjoyed the private pool but also having the ability to head next door for drinks, restaurants, live music, and a sandy beach. We’ll definitely come again!
