We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Christine's home was perfect; clean, comfortable, all the amenities we could want. Christine went out of her way to make sure my daughter's prewedding days were lovely. She allowed us to check in early to accommodate our schedule and left a bottle of wine to welcome us. The weather did not cooperate and allow us to use the great outside features, but the views from the windows were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Mike & Ann were great host! We were there for a wedding and were extremely accommodating to our needs. We got to spend the weekend there so it made it nice to unwind and relax after the wedding. The place was just as described and super cozy. The location was close to grocery stores making it easy for us to get what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as well. Would love to come back for another long weekend !

Large, comfortable home. The layout of the home worked great for our large family. Kids could be in a room away from tv for the non parent adults, and allowed also for quiet napping for the very young. I imagine I. Warmer weather even better

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

The Place was clean, Amazing View, and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Also very fast to respond to any questions.

Stayed with Nicholas for the second year in a row. His place is a better alternative to the local hotels. The incredible view of the ocean is peaceful and breathtaking in any weather. Hopefully, I will use Nicolas' services more often. Highly recommend.

As soon as the listing was booked, Rich reached out to thank me for booking and laid out the instructions for check in. It made checking in a very smooth process. This property is right along the boardwalk and you’ll find a great view from the room. A garage parking pass is provided - very helpful considering the last thing I want to worry about is where to leave my car. The room was clean and simple, a nice place to sleep for the evening. Towels were provided. We didn’t take the offer but the option to check in early was presented. For the price and location, this listing was exactly what I needed it to be.

My 2 friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was overall great! The boardwalk is right there along with a short walk to local shops and diners. There’s also a bunch of groceries stores which definitely came in handy for us. Overall, Kimberly’s place was cute, quaint and perfect for the short stay!

The experience for my family stay was amazing and comfortable .the only thing wrong which I didn’t communicate was that the some of the outlets didn’t work but everything we we needed was right there we really enjoyed our stay

My stay was perfect! The condo’s location is in a quiet, less trafficked part of the boardwalk and the access and view of the beach is nice. Inside is as described and a has a fully functional kitchen with everything you may need. Maggie was an excellent host! Very proactive and great communication! Would definitely recommend!
