Hey loved the place, the pool and hot-tub were clean. Grill was brand new and worked good. The kitchen fully equipped. The Garage has so much to do even bicycles for 2 adults and 2 kids to ride. But my best thing is I forgot my Apple Watch and he was so quick to get it ups to my house. I will surely come back to this property! You surely getting your moneys worth I promise!

This is a beautiful home and we loved the pol and hot tub that was a big hit . It’s a very nice place and spacious. I love she had a Bible verse in one of the rooms and had lots of towels and wash clothes which is a plus. It was wonderful and Victoria is a wonderful host and always was right there when I needed to ask her something Thanks again

we were going to rent near Naples but decided to stay closer to airport since we arrived very late and didn't want another hr drive also our return flight was very early. we are so glad we chose Toms place. perfect place for getting around,close to restaurants. stores and within 40 minute drive of several places we wanted to see. Venice Beach, Boca Grand to name a few. wish we had stayed longer, Tom's place is super comfortable, all the furniture inside and out, and the beds! The pics really don't do it justice, it is so much better! not an uncomfortable spot on the property. Pool felt great to relax in and the hot tub is ready anytime, plenty of outside chairs which were comfortable as well. we don't have 1 single complaint except we should have planned to stay longer. I have to add there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed it!

we had a great time. the layout of the house is awesome and easy to use. I enjoyed the hot tub very much helped loosen my sore back from work. we are very pleased with how easy they make it for you to get in and out of the house.

The house was very spacious with a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the time there greatly.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals. We enjoyed the spa and pool throughout our stay as we had great weather. Stores were a short drive away and beaches just 30 minutes.

Great house. It’s very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved checking out the local nature.

Our stay at Villa Sun Daze was absolutely perfect. Its location was just perfect for us, quiet and private yet just a quick drive to shopping, restaurants, boat rental and local attractions. The area was great for morning walks with friendly neighbors and local residents frequently offering a kind "good morning" and often a quick chat. Villa Sun Daze was easy to get into and quickly settle in. Its heated pooled pool and hot tub were ready for use at check in. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. And it is on a Cape Coral canal. Jana is an awesome host with great, proactive communication. Highly recommend Villa Sun Daze and Jana if you are headed to the Cape Coral area.

Martin's Airbnb is absolutely Beautiful and Peaceful! We had so much Fun in the pool. Plenty of space to have guests over for dinner and a swim. Just can't say enough about this Wonderful, Beautiful Airbnb! Martin and Kathy were very responsive and Friendly!!! Thanks for a Great Vacation Love Nokomis!!

We had a great stay at this house in Cape Coral. It was close to many restaurants and activities. Our children and grandchildren spent many hours, multiple days in the pool. The house had everything we needed and had the perfect set up for our family and was spotless when we arrived. Every question we had was responded to right away, great communication! If we are ever in the area again we love to come back to this house.

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Their place is lovely, clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Lots of kids’ games and gear were there (although we didn’t use any). The kitchen was loaded with supplies. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcoming bottle of wine, some beers, and cookies. I mentioned the dilapidated house next door, but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. It looks like many of the older homes that are not well kept are being renovated. It was handy to have a YMCA close by and we found two nice fish markets. It was a wonderful place, and we would certainly stay again. Thanks to our hosts. Great job!
