Lily was a great host who helped us coordinated our stay last minute when our other accomodations fell through. The house was adorable, clean and came equipped with everything we needed for a comfy three night stay in San Diego! The neighborhood is peaceful and relatively walkable, though a car or rideshare is needed if you're trying to get around the city.

I can’t say enough about this cottage. Not only was the place itself beautiful and charming, but the location!!! You can’t beat it!! Stop scrolling and book it!

Stayed for 3 nights here and it was a good amount of space. 7 dudes for a bachelor party and we all had our own bed. 2.5 baths but the 2 full baths are in different bedrooms. There was a half bath on floor 3. Anyone staying in the 2 bunk bed room on floor 1 had to go all the way up to use bathroom or go in someones room to shower. Great amount of space for living room, kitchen and 2 level outdoor space. The jacuzzi hot tub on the roof sold us! Great views of the bay. The kitchen/ fridge were massive and we were able to cook for all 7 guys. Loads of extra towels. Easy check in, 2 car garage plus free street parking. Great recommendations for place to eat drink and hang. Quick response time. Alain left a dozen of delicious donuts for us, along with a whole bag of peets coffee :P Wqsher/dryer with detergent was nice to use freely too

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Lovely place in a quiet street. The house was clean and looked like the photos. Ricardo was very responsive and well prepared with all the instructions. Only minor confusion was the check-in instructions were outlined based on driving into the driveway which was a bit different to the address for Uber. But once we figured it out, it was all easy! Would highly recommend!

great stay at Aaron's place. Cute house that was clean, nicely stocked with things like a wagon for the beach and bikes to borrow, a few books and puzzles for the kids to play with. Hot tub was lovely (and clean!) and it was a very easy walk to the beach or restaurants and coffee in OB. Would stay there again.

It was great to stay at Scott’s place. Scott was very responsive and flexible. Accommodated us as we got in early. Fantastic location.

The location is unbeatable, and the views are breathtaking. Mark was responsive and thoughtful throughout the whole booking process. Once we were checked in, he reached out to make sure we were all good and had what we needed. I would love to come back here. Thanks for having us, Mark!

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my family, which included two dogs, and it was perfect! The house and yard were great for my family and pets, and the neighborhood is quiet and private. It was also close to many great restaurants and things to do. Isabelle was a great host! She left us a personalized message, cookies, snacks, and drinks for our check in and was extremely nice and responsive when we had questions. She also had some great recommendations for food and places to see nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family and pet friendly location close to many great spots in San Diego. I hope I get to come back to the area and stay here again in the future.

Cool little spot right next to everything you could need. Walking distance to the zoo😍 and Balboa park. We also walked to food and grocery. The parking spot was a bonus as well. At arrival, the house was cool and comfortable. I did laundry while there too. It was nice to come home with clean clothes and very little laundry to do. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! I loved how chill and welcoming Russell was! Super helpful anytime I messaged. We really enjoyed having our dog be able to come with us. Other places I looked at that said they were dog friendly had paragraphs about what the dogs could and couldn’t do and I felt like having my dog at that location would be anxiety producing to keep all the rules. This place actually felt dog friendly. Lots of restuants near by had patios where dogs were welcome also. Having parking on property, off the street was a great bonus. We liked being close to everything, even downtown, but far enough that we didn’t have to deal with St Patrick’s weekend partiers. I was able to run with my dog through the neighborhoods and around the park and felt safe. The larger bed was comfortable (we didn’t use the other so can’t speak for that one). The darkening curtains were a plus since the house has great natural lighting.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, well-kept, and peaceful. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, making it super convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

Lisa’s place was beautiful and well equipped for our family with little kids. We enjoyed our trip!

The pictures on the website were a good representation of the property! Olga has a green thumb, and her gardens were absolutely beautiful! She communicated clearly and responded quickly. Instructions were all clear and check-in was simple. We truly appreciated the treats awaiting our arrival:) The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the TV and wifi instructions were all readily available. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood that allowed for walking to several options for coffee, wine, and meals. The home was truly pet-friendly, and Olga was a welcoming hostess! We'll definitely visit again!

Very beautiful home not far from the beach or stores really close to Seaworld has a lot of accommodations for children and dogs. Overall, I loved my stay.

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

great location and amenities - we really appreciated the garage parking spot as it's in a popular beach area. Easy access to the beach boardwalk, and the house has a nice saltwater pool and spa with all the floaties and life jackets for the kids. We found everything we needed to have a fantastic spring break!

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Was just what we were looking for. Great location and view, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home, responsive hosts, relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Our second stay at this house. Rebooked because we LOVE the outdoor pool/hot tub space with a view, grill and outdoor lounge and tv area. Pool towels are provided and it’s really just the best. Well cared for and clean. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space with everything you need to enjoy a meal, coffee, wine, etc. beds are comfy, decor is super cool. We ate at some nearby great places this trip: Crest, Books+Records, Bread and Cie. We had a blast thrift shopping at Buffalo Exchange which was nearby too. Airport is so close which made departure super easy for us too. Hope to return again!
