Your place was wonderful it felt like home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place during our visit to Black walnut festival.

Lisa was very responsive and proactive. The house was just as described. It was close to the sports complex which was a plus! Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for something in the area!

Jeremy and Brenna’s place was lovely and peaceful and just as pictured. The kitchen is top-notch, stocked with many essentials, and well equipped with kitchenware that is in excellent condition. They also have a good supply of stainless steel cookware, which is in excellent condition. All of the linens and towels were crisp and smelled fresh and clean, and beds were comfy. Wi-fi was great, and so many little amenities that we didn’t get around to taking advantage of because we were just in town briefly for a funeral. This lovely home provided a peaceful and relaxing and inviting place to return to at the end of a difficult day. Bedrooms were extremely spacious also. Would definitely plan a return visit!

Chaos house did not disappoint. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. The deer walking through the yard in the evening was a bonus. It was winter with snow but Chao made sure the driveway was clear and salted so it was not slick. Pictures did not do it justice. Chao went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cant wait to come back, hopeful in the spring!

The space is well laid out and accommodated all of us with ease. The hot tub unfortunately had a major mechanical issue that prevented us from using it more than once. Brandon (host) was immediately available and offered to reach out to the owner for compensation. The resolution was not charging us the pet fees. The ONLY thing I will say to pet owners is I was unaware (either by my own lack of reading or it wasn't made clear when I booked our stay) that they DO NOT charge you up front if you are booking your stay with dogs. This was a surprise to me and 'buyer beware' as you could see an additional charge after the stay b/c they go on an 'honor system' and charge after the fact. Same as others have stated, the kitchen is only stocked with basic needs. If you like to cook (or use the oven) you will need to bring your own kitchen items to do so. Overall, this experience was a good one. Brandon was a 5 star host! He was a great communicator, easy to to reach, and always happy to help.

Check in was simple. Kara's property had lots of essentials in the kitchen and plenty of towels, linens and toiletries. property is close to Webster Springs. The driveway is a bit bumpy, but no problem for 4n SUV and possibly cars with lower ground clearance.

This place is a little gem hidden in a small community. The house is very spacious. Jessica in not like all ABNB' host m,when we walked in and saw how spacious was, we continued to look through the home which was much bigger than we thought, it sleeps 6 compmfortably. the big plus was the treats in the kitchen which was a hit.
