The house is beautiful. Secluded and peaceful. I travel for work and stayed here for 5 weeks. Would've stayed stated longer if it was available.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always clean and comfortable, feels like home. Hostess is super friendly, helpful and responds quickly.

Property is as described. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything to make us feel welcome.

Great location near downtown. Good communication with check in and exactly what we were looking for in a girls trip. Neighborhood felt safe and we appreciated having the water and dryer just in case we needed it.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The kids loved the bunk bed room. Everything was lovely and cozy!

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

she was AMAZING!!!! my hluse burnt down and iv been hoping from one arir bnb to another , and boy oh boy do i wish i had been at heres from the get go!!!! perfect back yard for dogs, the house is in a very quiet neighborhood, just perfectly chill and peaceful, HIGHLY HIGHY RECOMMEND

I had a great stay at Kyle’s place! He was very nice and responsive to any questions I had! Everything was very clean and put together. The beds were super comfortable! I had a wonderful time!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Britton's apartment! I especially appreciated his quick communications and helpful instructions. The apartment is in a safe and convenient location, and was also very easy to access. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

This home had so much to accommodate our entire family. From TVs in all rooms so no fighting over what to watch, to board games and card games for the entire family to spend time together, this was the perfect get away for us.

Carole was a great & friendly host! She was quick to respond & easy to communicate with. Carole's place was very clean and cute! The mattresses were comfortable & we slept well. It was easy to access from the highway and was close to lots of restaurants and shopping in Conway. It was perfect for our family's total solar eclipse trip & we enjoyed our stay! We would stay again when visiting Conway.

Thank you Joe! We were up for a family reunion and have never had to rent something in Heber cause it was home for years and then had lots of family there. We have only one family left there and so had to get a place. It was comfortable and convenient to all our activities. Will stay again for sure!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

Great location next to Harding University campus. Comfortable and cozy space with plenty of room to gather and enjoy good company and conversation. Also plenty of room to have some alone time when needed. Would highly recommend.
