Highly recommended! Anne’s place is amazing and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Living room is comfortable, and we love the working fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spotless and has good strong shower, constant hot water for 8 people staying. We also enjoyed the wonderful garden and the pool room. Anne is also very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for a great and memorable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

It’s been quite a while since I’ve stayed in such a wonderful bed and breakfast- you can tell Georgina really puts a lot of care into all the small details, from the soaps, towels and bed linens, to the stunning garden and sitting area. It’s clear she really cares about the space. She gave us excellent suggestions for the area and was more than willing to answer all of our questions. We can only regret not staying longer ! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend here. The house is ideal for a large group. The kitchen and dining area flow well into the living area. The only thing to note is there is only one proper shower in the house. This is in the en-suite not the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very impressed with the very generous welcome basket of goodies ! This included Prosecco, milk, eggs bread and more ! Thank you !

We had a lovely few days at Lexy’s. Her house is comfortable and the downstairs is wonderfully eclectic. It was the perfect environment to relax with family and The Dog. There are some great pubs within a very easy walk. Lexy was very friendly and responsive. We would happily stay there again.

Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

This is a beautiful house in a good location near to everything. House is very clean and smart. Kasim is a very responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage is ideal for a longer stay, when working in the area. The village is very pretty and peaceful and the cottage has everything you would need to stay comfortably for a while.

Fantastic place to stay for a family weekend away. 4 spacious bedrooms all with own ensuite. Laima was very friendly and communication was excellent, offering any advice if needed and ensured we knew how to contact her if we needed it. Easy to get uber into town. Parking for 3 cars. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 5*

Lovely place and very clean.

Nick’s place was perfect for our needs. It was very easy to get into Oxford as the park and ride was very close. We had our dog with us and there is a field are a very short walk away so walking her was very easy. The house was very well equipped and warm. Communication was excellent. The only criticism we had was that the beds were smaller than we are used to and the pillows and mattresses uncomfortable , that’s obviously a matter of personal preference. The blinds in the main bedroom don’t shut out the light very well. However, apart from that all was good. Thanks Nick.

Peter’s property was ideal for us in between selling our home and moving abroad, and he even accommodated our five pets which was brilliant and more than you could hope for with a usual air BnB property. Peter was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were so pleased and would definitely stay again if we are even in the area!

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

Perfecte ligging om met de auto alle bezienswaardigheden in de regio te bezoeken. De nabijheid van winkels en restaurants was heel handig. Oprit met ruime plaats voor 2 auto's. Praktisch, net en gezellig huis. Heel proper bij aankomst! Goede bedden. Tevreden van de douches! Handig om zoveel toiletten te hebben (3 in de badkamers en 1 apart toilet op de begane grond). Alles wat we nodig hadden, was voorhanden. We waardeerden de hot tub ten zeerste, stond helemaal klaar voor gebruik, zalig! Communicatie met de host verliep steeds vlot, vriendelijk en snel. We hebben erg genoten van deze tijdelijke thuisbasis in het mooie Engeland :)

We had an absolutely lovely month-long stay at Katie's! The location is fantastic with a nearby convenience store, a foot/cycle path into the centre of Oxford and the neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. The check-in experience was extremely smooth, and we are really grateful for accommodating our early check-in request at a short notice. The house is as-described, complete with all the amenities and squeaky clean, and Katie responded in minutes when we needed any assistance. We loved our time here and can highly recommend Katie's home.

The Airbnb was in such a beautiful location. Such a lovely space and the outdoor area was just perfect for what we needed. Would happily rebook again. Also Stacey was so helpful, answering all our question’s quickly and gave very clear and precise instructions for check in. Thank you for having us!
