Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Great house! Huge backyard for the kids to run around and lots of patio space! House was clean and perfect amount of space and layout! We had a great stay!

Libbia’s place was extremely clean and it is a beautiful home! We wish we could have stayed for longer. The place was super convenient to all the locations we were headed to and the area was safe. Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

This place was great! Really easy check in/check out. The place had everything we needed (fully stocked kitchen, very pretty backyard, multiple bedrooms all with TVs. It was free of clutter and very child friendly- perfect for families!

Such a beautiful house, very clean, looks like photos! Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Host was very helpful and fast to respond. If we are back in the area we will definitely try to stay here again!

La zona es muy segura, con restaurantes cerca y lugares para salir a caminar y divertirse! Richie fue súper amable y gentil en todo, siempre al pendiente de nosotros! This was my husband and I's second time staying with Susanne. Originally we stayed at her other property for our wedding a year ago. We loved the bungalow and location so much that we decided to stay with her again to celebrate our one year anniversary. Per usual, the space was beautiful. Susanne really cares about the details: the almond tart that she bakes for you, all the small snacks & drinks, and even a sound machine to fall asleep to. The bed is also extremely comfy. We had a great time. I look forward to staying here again. :)

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

When I stay somewhere I looks for Safety, Cleanliness, and Location. This place had all three at a 10/10. I felt very safe in the area and in the building. The parking garage also felt safe. Getting into the building was easy with the hosts instructions. The apartment was spotless. Even the floors felt so clean that I felt safe walking barefoot on them (a rarely seen thing). The living area was comfy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. The Location was beautiful. The view from the balcony in the morning is so peaceful and refreshing. The sun rises over the balcony and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the morning. I would definitely stay here again before looking for another place!

Rented Johana’s unit for NCAA Final Four weekend. Accommodations were just as advertised. The property is located on a quiet street near Fort Sam. Johana was a gracious and very responsive host and was quick to answer any questions I had. If my travels take me back to SA, I would definitely consider staying again.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

We were just in town for a quick wedding weekend, so we didn’t spend a great deal of time at Bob and Patti’s, but it was lovely! The apartment was spacious and easy to access, and the bed was so comfortable. If we ever find ourselves in Helotes again, we’ll be back.

Karen's place is conveniently located just minutes away from Gruene, but tucked away in the quiet country part of the area. This was great, cozy place for one or two people. Definitely worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Lovely cabin in a perfect location! My husband and I loved how cozy this cabin was for our weekend getaway. The hot tub and the shower were the perfect touch. The host provided clear instructions, was quick to respond, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben zwei Nächte bei Carol verbracht. Es war super! Die Lage war traumhaft. Sehr ruhig! Die Hütte und der Whirlpool waren sauber. Der Pool auf dem Balkon, wo absolut niemand hinschauen kann ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Bett sehr bequem. Habe geschlafen wie ein Baby! Dean's Den ist absolut zu empfehlen!

While the house itself is small, as described, the outdoor space is the real highlight. The property is beautifully maintained and offers plenty of activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and cornhole. The deck overlooking the river is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors!

This little cabin was AMAZING! So cozy, temperature control was perfect, and the bath house was SO CLEAN!!! My husband and I appreciated how private the cabin felt despite there being others just a few yards away. We were also well stocked on snacks and water! 100% would stay again. The area was gorgeous, check in was easy, and we even got to watch a few deer adventure around the property. CANNOT RECCOMMEND ENOUGH.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. It is definitely a place to unwind and unplug. The home is impeccable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Next time!!
