Great house with ideal privacy and fenced in yard.

This was perfect for our specific needs. Wrich is a fabulous and responsive host. Friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay and the whole process was very easy to navigate. No complaints!

We enjoy this lovely light and airy, comfortable space that has everything we’ve needed! This is our second time staying here, and the house and convenient location to the center of town, to the parks and to the wildlife refuge have been wonderful for us!

Payal’s place is awesome, big house with lots of rooms for everyone in my party. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and very airy with lots of windows. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the shopping area. Wished we could have stayed longer as it feels like a vacation home. Thank you Payal.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay in Berkeley that’s within walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Street parking was available but we did have to walk a few blocks. Though this is pretty expected in Berkeley and it was a Saturday night.

Sunny’s place was a perfect home base for our stay in Berkeley. The location was incredibly convenient and the space was perfect for a family of 4.

Needed a place for a few days… and fell in LOVE with this hidden gem!!! Amazing hosts- Lori& Mike are the best! They are friendly , helpful and inviting- while simultaneously giving privacy and space. Not to mention all of the amazing work they are doing in and for the community- check out their bio!! The accommodations were beautiful, peaceful and intentional. And CLEAN!! Every space well curated. Home felt like a hug- and was filled with treasures! Looking forward to a return trip!! Overall House is worth for paid money > (1)we really enjoying the nice surrounding around the house, canoe rowing, photos talking from Pier as well as from the parked yacht that even do party / celebration inside the Boat.. (2) Great photos with sea & lake background around the house.

What an amazing stay! 🌞 Jesse's place really has it all, and he is such an awesome host! My entire family was SO impressed with every little thing! We enjoyed the game room, watching movies in both living rooms, the sauna, hot tub, pool, hanging out by the fire, and the park right down the street when the kids wanted to run around! We had no problem receiving instacart and doordash deliveries, which was great because with all the amenities we never wanted to leave the place and were able to just enjoy family time together ❤️ Jesse went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed! Sweet touches throughout, super fast communication, and very understanding and friendly!! We can't wait to return and have already booked our summer stay here! Definitely 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

overall good stay! love the amenities of the condo, especially the gym, very good equipments and space. the location of the condo is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants, but as we had a car, this was not an issue at all.

My family (parents, grandparents, and kids) stayed at this great waterfront home in March 2025. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and kayak! We liked the well appointed kitchen and having lots of space to spread out across the five bedrooms. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit on the well used side and could use touch-ups here and there and one bedroom is a loft so we had to be aware of the noise level downstairs. That didn’t stop us from having a great time and using this as our jumping off point to the city (15-30 min depending on traffic) or North Bay for hiking, oysters, and wine.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Deanna and Michael’s farm! The kids had so much fun feeding animals. The house was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway!

Nancy’s place is spectacular! 3 adult couples is perfect for this beautiful comfortable Home. This house is 30 minutes from the larkspur ferry which makes it easy to get to the city or the giants game. Close to shopping and make sure you go to Lombardi’s Gourmet Deli just around the block. Nancy was great to work with and super responsive. Make this your home base and you won’t be sorry.

Location was very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and well organized. The hospitality of host was great. If I have a next chance, I want to stay again.

This guest suite was perfect, checking in and out was smooth and easy and our time there was very comfortable and private. Exceeded our expectations and made our trip to San Jose so much better!

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

My stay for two nights was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided in the Airbnb. Lots of kitchen amenities and shower products were available (shampoo + conditioner). Very comfortable bed and nice lineans. Spacious backyard which I brought my small dog with me. She also enjoyed her stay. Very clear instructions to follow to get inside. Plenty of parking on the side of the house. Highly recommended Li's Airbnb!

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

Oh my gosh, this was a last minute booking for us on our once a year trip south from Oregon and this spot is likely to be one of the high high points of our road trip. We were planned to get in after 10pm and really wanted to get a soak in before passing out after a long drive and Elizabeth was so kind to welcome us to use the hot tub under the stars - it was an incredible experience. And there were frogs nearby adding to the ambiance.. really no better outcome after a longgg drive. Then there’s the bed, they got. It. Right. It’s so comfortable with all the right pillows. It feels incredibly private and the energy is just peaceful. If you have any doubt on booking this spot don’t just do it you’ll thank yourself. There’s also a sauna and cold plunge that we didn’t take advantage of, but the setting is just incredible up there. They really put a lot of love and thought into the space. This will be a mainstay among our stopovers to the Bay.

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
