Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

Best Airbnb we have stayed at. Very clean, well decorated, and felt right at home! Hot tub was nice to relax in! Great place, great host, nothing but the best!

Meg was definitely a great host. Her place was better than the pictures. From the time I got there to the end I felt so much at home. She greeted and helped me at the door upon arrival and with refreshments. I’m normally a hotel girl but if host are as great as Meg I’ll stay in Airbnbs more. Anytime I visit Michigan if this is available you can guarantee I am booking here.

nice large apartment. Great kitchen. felt very comfortable here. The clubhouse was a great added bonus, I used the pool , the hottub, the gym, and even shot a game of pool. I would definitely stay again. Just wish there was a king size bed in the master bedroom, there's plenty of room for it. Communication was terrific.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.

I would 100% stay here again. The location is great - an easy walk to everything going on at UofM - and the apartment is as advertised with plenty of space.

It was a beautiful room with two spacious bedroom. Very well equipped. The hosts were nice and very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for the stay and I will definitely choose to stay here for my next trip to Ann Arbor.

Excellent accommodations! Very nice and clean. Great set up. Close to a lot of activities, restaurants, etc. we greatly enjoyed it. The primary was a little dark so I mentioned it to the Mangement team. They ordered a floor lamp and had it delivered. Very responsive! Will stay here again on a return visit.

This apartment was exactly as described and equipped with all you need for a shorter or longer stay. The location in Kerrytown within walking distance to the University of Michigan is great and all the stores for daily needs are also within easy reach. The Livesuites team was extremely helpful and quick to respond, even on weekends. It should be noted that Kerrytown is a popular part of town and can sometimes get noisy at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful 2-bedroom condo in the heart of Ann Arbor, and it was a fantastic experience! The condo was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was being on the same floor as the amenities, which made accessing them super convenient. The gym was on the 1st floor and had a wide range of equipment that allowed us to maintain our fitness routine effortlessly! Location-wise, it couldn't be better. We were in the heart of Ann Arbor, close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, this condo is a gem. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Very clean and well kept. Even better than the photos. Stocked with all the necessities. We loved that there was also a place for the kids to play and watch movies. Berenice was friendly & very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

The location and price for this home were excellent! We traveled to a U of M football game and were very pleased with the distance. The accommodations were comfortable and we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. We had a plumbing issue that the owner responded to quickly. This place in the fall is breathtaking with its leaves!

Great, calming outdoor space. Lots of entertainment in the basement. Clean, organized place. Fun weekend!

Everything was true to the posting! Kids had a great time fishing and playing pool and ping pong. Kitchen is well stocked and very user friendly. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Really great for a family getaway.

Larissa’s place was great! It was exactly as described, clean and comfortable for our group. She provided clear instructions and gave recommendations for some local places. We also left something at the house and Larissa graciously mailed it back. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

House was beautiful had everything we needed for a getaway from city life !!! Very clean and House came with pool table which we loved on late nights when kids were sleep…had a small bomb fire so the kids can roast marshmellows …. Staff were very friendly and very attentive responded on time whenever we needed something .. commerce was beautiful had great views and plenty of things to do with kids !! We will def be backk !!!!
