Great place to stay. Very clean and beautiful! Challenging getting in and out of the driveway but we came and went throughout the day. Some of us could also hear the road noise all night. There is a sound machine and fans to help!

We had a wonderful quick weekend stay. We arrived on a cold winter evening and the house was toasty warm and so well lit. The house has been renovated and is like a chic hotel. It was so clean it made me want to go home and clean my house!! The BEDS were very comfortable-something very hard to find in many AB&B. The photos shows the beds very well and that is literally 1 of the main reasons I choose this property. We had a nice selection of coffee pods and tea there was salt/pepper even microwave popcorn. The bathroom is beautiful- the tile in the shower was all top of the line-extremely well done and CLEAN! So since our visit was in the winter the lake was frozen-still beautiful! I actually never stepped outside but did set up a wonderful sewing station and enjoyed the geese and the view all day while my husband was away on business. Would love to stay in summer and enjoy the outside.

We loved it!! The house is beautiful and very homey. Had so much fun kayaking on the lake. Easy access to the water. The kids absolutely enjoy every moment of our stay!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Wow! What a view! We traveled to MI for my son’s wedding and needed a place to host us all. The property was beautiful. Charles was super responsive and helped with numerous questions in getting us settled. We had a fantastic stay! We had a mishap and forgot an item and Charles contacted me immediately. What to say about the dragonfly inn. I genuinely wanted to move in permanently. D and Tim’s humble abode made us feel like we were home. They thought of every little thing down to earbuds, a sound machine and water bottles at every end table in the bedrooms. We brought our dogs and they got them toys and made us a welcome basket. Before even arriving they communicated with us to make sure that everything we needed they would have for us. They were accommodating, helpful, friendly and their home was a true home away from home. The next time we are in Michigan we will choose to stay here again. It was relaxing, peaceful and such a beautiful place to stay. If you are considering staying here, do yourself a favor and book the dragonfly inn! You won’t regret it.

We would like to thank to the host, we really enjoyed staying over there. The house is beautiful and perfectly located on lake. We had all the stuff inside in a house, so you don’t need to worry that essentials won’t be there. Owner replied to our questions really fast, and gave us all the answers we needed. We have been pleased at staying over there, and I would highly recommend this house.

Lori and her husband Rick were fabulous, My friends and I absolutely loved them! We highly recommend this cute cottage by the lake. The house smelled amazing! No chemicals just a wonderful beautiful scent that made me smile. The warm fire roaring at night while drinking a cup of hot tea and the beautiful view of the lake was a wonderful way to start my healing journey. Everything is neat and labeled for you and she goes above and beyond to really make sure that you are happy. We had quite the snow storm while hunkered in and Rick cleared the walkway, drive way and stopped in to get our trash. They live right next door which was great incase we needed anything but still had complete privacy :) Location is great and you’re not far from stores, restaraunt, etc. I highly recommend, you will feel like you are visiting family.

The location was great, the house was everything I wanted and needed and Fran was a great host! Quick responces and accommodating to all our needs. We most definitely plan to go again in the summer!

Thank you so much for your beautiful cottage! Our family loved it. The area is so pretty-breathtaking really. The cottage is beautifully renovated and adorable. We were not able to go boating this trip, but we definitely hope to be back and to go out on the pontoon boat. There's so much more hiking we would love to do, but our family came to town to visit relatives, and celebrate our dad's 90th birthday, so our time here was focused on that. We were so glad that it was a mere 10 minutes to get to Chelsea and the assisted living where he is staying. Thank you also for the thoughtful welcome gifts! And for the use of portacrib and a few toys for our 8 month old grandson! You guys are awesome, and we hope to be back soon for another visit. Much gratitude! Lauren and Steve and family

The home and location were absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as listed and was so beautiful and homey. I just wish the weather had been a bit warmer to fully enjoy the outdoor seating and activities. I highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks so much!

Really a gem of a place and the hosts were outstanding. Nestled on the Huron river, this private home was perfect. Amy and Laura were super responsive and helpful. The place had everything I needed, and I hope to get back during nicer weather enjoy this place to the fullest. I will go out of my way to stay here the next time I am anywhere close to the area!

This is a small, comfortable home right next to the lake. It is close to everything you need. The house is stocked with all the basics you need. It was warm and cozy, which was welcome as the weather outside was cold and windy for most of our stay. Check-in was super easy.

The cottage was great for our purposes over the Christmas holiday. Great views from the windows at the back of the house. The host was very accommodating. I can see where this would be a fun place to be in the summer!

My brothers and I with our significant others always get together for a weekend at the Renaissance Festival in Holly and this was literally the perfect cabin for us - close enough that we could go to and from if we needed a break during our long days at the Faire and peaceful enough at night to come back to and relax or play games like we love to do together. Plenty of space that we could all have beds and felt cozy. The lake is beautiful this time of year and even was warm enough that we could have swam after if we wanted or weren’t warn out from our long days. Parking was easy to figure out even with four vehicles. Host was responsive and super helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we realized that we would rather all drive in together last second. (Whoops! Poor planning on my part.) There was even provided water which was lovely as well, and a really nice touch when it comes to well water! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Thank you so much! Such a lovely stay. Beautiful location, boat was in great condition and house was super cute. Kristen was very helpful and flexible. We didn’t take advantage of having the boat as much as we wish we had, but it was a super cool amenity. Would definitely return!

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

Beautiful property, feels private and remote even though right off the highway. Unique mid-century modern decor/interior design — not your typical sterile, greige cookie cutter Airbnb! Responsive, friendly hosts. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday, and Matt went out of his way to salt/shovel the walkways/driveway the morning of Christmas Eve when it had snowed the previous night. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

I booked Stefanie's place for a lil getaway to celebrate my Husband's birthday. Stefanie was super helpful and the place was perfect! We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Lovely cabin. We loved all the unique decorations and hidden doors. Perfect driving distance to lots of parks for my dog.
