Loved our stay! we were here for the ren faire and it was a great distance with just enough privacy for our group! Richard was extremely helpful and responsive and we had an amazing time!! :)

We stayed here while visiting family in Brighton for Christmas. It’s a great location near Grand River, not far from Downtown Brighton. There are many stores and restaurants around. The house was clean and cozy.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday to visit friends and family. Everything was wonderful and super cozy. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it!! The house is beautiful and very homey. Had so much fun kayaking on the lake. Easy access to the water. The kids absolutely enjoy every moment of our stay!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Really cute lake home! Would love to visit again! Views are amazing in the winter, can’t imagine what it looks like in the summer. Very clean.

We stayed here for a conference we attended at the town over. WIlliam is a great host! While there were a couple of items that we asked William to take care of, he was super responsive and handled it immediately. You will not be disappointed with this property!

This house was perfect for our stay, the fenced in backyard was great and the house was comfortable and clean. The leather couch was comfortable, the beds were new and comfortable, the house was spotless! I would stay again if the chance arises. With the snow and the weather it was a bonus parking in the attached garage!

This house was a blessing when we needed it most! We booked it on a last minute and were so lucky it was available. We got in the same day we booked it with no issue. The yard was huge, and fully fenced in, the rooms are way bigger then the photos look, heck the entire house is bigger then we thought it was. It was nice and clean! I got this place for my brother and I so we could be close to University of Michigan Hospital, where his wife was being cared for. It was only a 25 minute drive to get there, so it was perfect! There is so many shopping places and restaurants close by! The house was everything we needed it to be, and the host was so kind and helpful. Even though the reason for our stay wasn't great circumstances, the stay was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Loved staying at Kimberly’s place. Great communication before, during & after our stay. We felt welcomed, at home & it was a great central location for family. The pics don’t do the place justice. It’s beautifully decorated & has every amenity (plus more). We’ll be back in the summer.

Stayed here for our annual family Thanksmas getaway. Lots of room for everyone. Bedrooms are far enough away that the older kids and adults could stay up late for fun and games and not bother the younger ones when they were put to bed. Host put up and decorated a BEAUTIFUL Christmas tree so we didn’t need to drag one with us. Would definitely rent again.

The only front entrance is through the garage which confused me at first, but it's by far one of the cleanest AirBNBs I've stayed at and Joshua is an amazing and accommodating host. The kitchen space in large and easy to maneuver in which made it a great place for our staycation. I do suggest bringing your own mirror if you need to do your make-up though. There isn't much sink space in the bathroom but there's a beautiful and spacious desk in the bedroom. Would absolutely stay there again!

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

The decorations were memorable in each room. The proximity to mt Brighton is unparalleled. Very communicative.

We traveled to the area for a wedding and appreciated finding a very reasonably priced place to stay for the 7 of us in our group. The house was clean and owners very responsive. As other reviewers have mentioned, the signage in the neighborhood against Airbnb's made us a little nervous, but we had zero issues with neighbors and the entire time we spent at the house was quiet and peaceful. The pizza place and general store near the house were great stops for food and drinks/snacks when we arrived in town. When our daughter forgot one of her dolls at the house, Greg quickly mailed it back to us which was very appreciated. If we had to do it over again, we would have gladly stayed in the same house.

The place is nice! Orginized and very clean, we love pets and they have pets(very friendly) which is a plus for us, smooth communication with the host and the guest book is very informative like nearby restaurants, activities, etc. The lake is just there, the yard is so huge, lots of activities can be done. Games are also provided for the kids to enjoy, The Igloo is awesome, it’s a perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away from the busy city life!

We loved our stay at the lake house! Private enough that you can’t hear your neighbors, but lots to watch from the porch as people utilized the lake. There was lots of hot water, kitchen had most cookware (save a cast iron but we travel with one), and the sleeping areas were cozy. Perfect lil getaway

We had a great stay at Whitmore Lake! The house was very cozy, and the bed extremely comfortable. It was amazing to have a campfire by the river and enjoy the fall weather.

William has a very nice place, we would love to stay there again.
