Homely and beautiful apartment, centrally located and responsive host. It was a great two weeks stay and highly recommend for family stay.

This Airbnb made me feel at home, and my dog Cheeky Chops and I really enjoyed our time. Not only was it conveniently located with responsive and accommodating hosts, but also it was a great representation of Ann Arbor and the warm spirit of Michigan! Would definitely stay again.

Cheryl's place was better than expected‼️ It was roomier than photos depicted, well equipped, very clean, had luxury linens, and included drinks and snacks❣️ Will consider staying there again 😁

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CoCo AirBnB. The location was clean, had all the amenities and was definitely worth the price. Coco was easy to communicate with. The only issue was initially it was quite hard to find but other than that, I will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Everything as advertised. Plus tons of towels, throw blankets provided, good plugs and light. Good no frills coffee maker. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, but may have had it been warmer. Just starting 4 years of visiting AA and will def look to book this again. Go Blue!

We've stayed in this apartment before & would stay again! The location is perfect for us. The apartment is spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable. We like having a kitchen space to prepare some meals. We had to work while staying there and the internet was reliable and able to handle multiple devices. If you are sensitive/light sleeper you may find the street noise from the bedroom to be loud but it was fine for us. We slept great. Steve & Betty provided a sound generator in the room and we used that during our stay at night. The bathroom was clean & the shower always had hot water.

Great place to stay. Very clean and beautiful! Challenging getting in and out of the driveway but we came and went throughout the day. Some of us could also hear the road noise all night. There is a sound machine and fans to help!

We had to come into town for a funeral and our original house didn't work out. The other house canceled right before we got on the road and we were able to book this at the last minute. These hosts were very accommodating and responsive! They made sure the driveway and sidewalks were cleared from snow and put down extra salt. The house has a beautiful view of the lake, even in the winter, and it was the perfect relaxing spot for me and my family. It is spacious, clean and cozy. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful quick weekend stay. We arrived on a cold winter evening and the house was toasty warm and so well lit. The house has been renovated and is like a chic hotel. It was so clean it made me want to go home and clean my house!! The BEDS were very comfortable-something very hard to find in many AB&B. The photos shows the beds very well and that is literally 1 of the main reasons I choose this property. We had a nice selection of coffee pods and tea there was salt/pepper even microwave popcorn. The bathroom is beautiful- the tile in the shower was all top of the line-extremely well done and CLEAN! So since our visit was in the winter the lake was frozen-still beautiful! I actually never stepped outside but did set up a wonderful sewing station and enjoyed the geese and the view all day while my husband was away on business. Would love to stay in summer and enjoy the outside.

Better than what we could’ve hoped for! It was the perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend - so stunningly laid out even for pictures! We’d highly recommend this home to anyone in the area.

Wow! What a view! We traveled to MI for my son’s wedding and needed a place to host us all. The property was beautiful. Charles was super responsive and helped with numerous questions in getting us settled. We had a fantastic stay! We had a mishap and forgot an item and Charles contacted me immediately. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We would like to thank to the host, we really enjoyed staying over there. The house is beautiful and perfectly located on lake. We had all the stuff inside in a house, so you don’t need to worry that essentials won’t be there. Owner replied to our questions really fast, and gave us all the answers we needed. We have been pleased at staying over there, and I would highly recommend this house.

Mark's place was spotless and comfortable. Very much what you see in the photos. We didn't cook much because we were visiting family, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The location is excellent: close to downtown and campus, but in a quieter area. Note: there are a lot of stairs, so this wouldn't be a good place for someone with difficulty navigating stairs. It was fine for us, though. I would happily stay there again.

We had a great stay at Rachel’s place! It’s right in the heart of Downtown Holly…a great little town with lots to do within walking distance from her place. Another added bonus is that parking was super easy (a dedicated spot in the same lot as the building). Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great stay at this beautiful condo! This place is really nicely done & was close to our son at Ann Arbor .

This was our 3rd stay here! The kids are convinced that the bedrooms upstairs are 'theirs' lol So if you want a place that feels like home, this is it. Beautiful master suite, quiet neighborhood and everything you need is at your fingertips. I know we'll be back!

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near all the downtown Ann Arbor stuff. I was in for the film festival and walking to the Michigan Theater in less than 10 minutes. Plus the treadmill and bike are a good workout option if you have a login for Peleton. Everything was clean, and the instructions provided make it really easy to find and access the apartment. All places have imperfections, and here they're just minor things that didn't particularly impact my stay: the kitchen sink has some sort of sensor that we didn't really understand, there isn't directly power access on the nightstand, and the TVs are old (so not well accessible to streaming; Netflix and Amazon Prime are possible though). However, I'm just noting these things in case they matter a lot more for other guest; not a big deal for me. The location and workout equipment made it a fantastic choice for my trip.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I love the huge windows in the main area with views of Ann Arbor. The location is amazing with tons of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. I didn't cook during my stay, but saw that the kitchen is well stocked. The building is nice with a secure door code entrance. I didn't rent a car, but there is parking, which can be quite handy in Ann Arbor. I would definitely stay here again!
