Great spot right off the Lake. Nice restaurants and food right below the lodging.

We had the most wonderful stay! Robin and her husband were amazing hosts and just the right balance of friendly and available without being intrusive. The Airbnb was clean and had so many thoughtful details that instantly made us feel at home and relaxed. The bed was comfy and it was a peaceful neighborhood tucked away from any loud street noise. We went out on the lake multiple times in the kayak and had a lovely fire right next to the water. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We were just looking for an extra room for our son so it was just what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim's Honeoye apartment! The location was perfect for our adventure's at Canadice Lake and Hemlock Lake. The inside was spacious, comfortable, and inviting. Our favorite spot to gather and socialize was the covered deck with the view of the lake! We slept very sound and felt quite rejuvenated after our stay. Thank you to both co-host's, Kelly and Derek, for the detailed directions/check-in instructions and for being quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Our family enjoyed a great Christmas stay here and we’re delighted to find the home decorated for the holiday as well as a nice welcome gift! Home is clean, beds are comfortable, shower is hot with good water pressure, kitchen is clean and well-stocked, and the views are beautiful. This is a very peaceful place to stay with great hosts.

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. The host was responsive and provided great amenities. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Had plenty of room & accommodations. Enjoyed hanging at the firepit and playing cornhole. Beautiful weather & sunsets. We would definitely come back to stay again when visiting relatives in the area. The only difficulty was the construction currently going on that made directions a little confusing, but Jenae gave us a heads up about it so we got in just fine. We highly recommend this spot if you're visiting in the area.

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding and wanted a peaceful place to relax and recharge at night. This was the perfect place.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The cottage on the lake was more than we had hoped for. It was extremely clean, organized, well stocked, and had tons of things to help us relax and enjoy. Our stay was short but we enjoyed kayaking, the snacks and drinks, how easy everything was, and most importantly the incredible views and peace that comes with it all. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit, tv or fireplace but we definitely will next time - as we are already talking about returning sometime soon!

Had an awesome stay here. The place was spotless and had tons of amenities. You can really tell that they put in a lot of work into making this place a great place to stay and not just a bare bones unit like you see at other airbnbs. 100% would stay here again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was better than expected and we felt right at home. We had fun in the lake and watched the sun rise in the morning. Shaun has a thorough guide of nearby restaurants and wineries. Would definitely recommend!
