Our family enjoyed a great Christmas stay here and we’re delighted to find the home decorated for the holiday as well as a nice welcome gift! Home is clean, beds are comfortable, shower is hot with good water pressure, kitchen is clean and well-stocked, and the views are beautiful. This is a very peaceful place to stay with great hosts.

Jason was very helpful. We had an emergency and needed a place to stay that night. He responded quickly and worked with us to make it happen on short notice. The house is updated with modern amenities. Our kids loved the game room. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to the lake. My family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

The cottage was so cozy and just perfect for what we needed for our weekend. It was exactly as described and the views at sunset were *chefs kiss*. My kids had an absolute blast on the swim mat and the dock and our very senior chocolate lab had no troubles wading into the lake to cool off and napping in the shade. I did cook the days we were there and I do wish the kitchen was a little more well stocked. It was missing the basics like a colander and measuring cups. I looked everywhere, and if they were there, I couldn’t find em. And we did have a little trouble with the lock getting in. Gena’s cottage is absolutely wonderful and we would 100% recommend. It’s so perfect for all ages. We had my 1 1/2 year old to my 68 year old father. What are you waiting for!? Book it!!!

We loved staying at Karen’s cabin. There was a beautiful view of the lake out the window and a nice picnic area for guests right next to the lake. Karen was so accommodating and friendly! She went above and beyond. The little cabin was adorable and comfortable. I liked the little double doors separating the main cabin from the bathroom/entryway area. The shower is nice and hot! Karen has really thought of everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and silverware and more. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great people running this place, who really want to see that you enjoy your stay. They've got tips for you, provide plenty to get you situated and give you access to a large plot of land to live pretty freely on during your stay. The pond is fantastic for swimming and searching for frogs (come back by the pond with a headlamp after the sun goes down), and the tent was perfect. Very comfy mattress and blankets as well. I'll without a doubt be back, and I'll be bringing some folks with me. This place is awesome

This was the perfect place for us and our two large dogs. Having a fenced back yard for the dogs was so helpful. Also, we were able to walk them around the neighborhood safely. Jason was very quick to respond to questions. We had a small issue with the heating system not coming on at first, but it was something simple and he had it fixed ASAP! I was also very happy with how clean the place was when we arrived.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family enjoyed a wonderful time away at this peaceful cabin in the woods. The cabin and property were so beautiful covered in snow. The quiet nights in the hot tub with the cool air outside were great. And it was even better to come inside to the cozy living room and wood burning stove. The heated floors were an unexpected touch of class. Everything was well stocked, Phillip didn’t miss a single detail! We will definitely visit again, maybe in the summertime to enjoy the beautiful large pond!

Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

Stayed here with 7 girlfriends and had plenty of room. House was beautiful and being on the lake was incredible! Hot tub was clean and large. Bob was very responsive and flexible with check in. All the girls saved the listing as we all loved it!

Great place for a week with family. We went with our adult children for a great week of boating, kayaking, fishing, games, and fun! The place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. If you are coffee hounds like we are, bring your own Nespresso or Keurig, as the Keurig 2.0 there is, while new-looking, super temperamental, only working 4 of the 7 days we were there. (There is an automatic drip machine there too). The place is two doors down from The Beachcomber, where we ate two of the nights. Great food, but be aware there is live music on weekends that you can hear inside the cottage even with the windows shut. We didn't mind at all, even enjoyed it! Just a heads up. Best part of the property was that it was flat, no stairs to the docks! We rented a pontoon boat from Float Fingerlakes LLC, which really added to the fun! The cottage had two big tables, we used one for jigsaw puzzles and games and one for dinners. We would totally come back here again!
