Great place to stay! Located within a 30 minute to 1-hour drive to many scenic overlooks, lakes, and parks. Very close to Vitale Park/Lake Conesus. Liked: - Clean - roomy space - Attention to detail by host (labels, welcome book, small things like having extra paper bags, different types of body wash, many towels, board games, scent packets). You can tell a lot of thought went into interior design and decorating, and the wall colors and floor choices for example feel very cozy and inviting. - big tv - big kitchen - good temperature control Some minor things that could be improved: - washer and dryer seem to be showing their age. The dryer timer didn't work; had to manually check and stop it. Laundry machine had fabric softener all over inside, perhaps it couldn't distribute it well from previous wash. - the beds were on the soft side

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

We had a great stay on Conesus Lake, and would absolutely return again. Christopher’s home is great for a family or large group. Right on the lake, with plenty of room.

My family and I attended our niece's wedding nearby in Victor. There were 10 of us staying, so we needed a place to stay that could accommodate all of us. Serenity Shores was perfect. Plenty of room, peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, spacious enough for all of us to get ready for the wedding. Then such a relaxing place to hang out and rest for a couple of days before heading home. The only issue we had was there only being a spiral staircase between upstairs and downstairs. My 84 year old mother was with us and couldn't do the spiral staircase. Upstairs is level with the driveway/parking, but with the kitchen being downstairs, it was better for her to stay down there. It worked out, there is a path that goes down a hill on the outside of the house to a patio and sliding doors. The path is loose stone, so we held on to mom while she walked down. It wasn't much of a problem, Mom loved the place. Just an FYI. Bottom line, 5 stars. Our family made some great memories.

We loved this place! I was here with two friends for a wedding, and we remarked over and over again what a delightful place to sit and visit- the decor is so cheerful, the couches are amazingly comfortable, we had a great view of the lake (Conesus Lake, I think?), and the electric fireplace was an extra cozy touch. Oh, and we arrived to find some amazing muffins- such a delightful treat!

We have stayed here a few times when we come to visit family. The place is always clean & located on a quiet street perfect for taking a walk. Karen has always been very receptive to messages. Check out is very easy too!

Ideal for our family of three and just what we needed in terms of location. A unique community of historic homes, with peaceful surroundings, and a cosy and charming cottage to call home. Mary was always responsive and very helpful. We had a great time exploring the area and if you have kids it is perfect with Charcoal Coral right next door. Mini-golf, drive-in, arcade and ice cream all within a short walk. We felt lucky to catch a drive-in movie as the place is closing soon for the season. Otherwise, Letchworth State Park is a must and free entry at this time of year. The cottage does have one of the best equipped kitchens and we were grateful for the tea/coffee and condiments. It truly makes a difference when you don’t have to carry or buy all the little things. We’d love to visit again but perhaps during the summer to enjoy the lake and warmer weather 😊

Mark’s place was clean and roomy. Located very close to the campus. Everything we needed was provided. We would seek to stay there again. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the campus!

We had the most wonderful stay! Robin and her husband were amazing hosts and just the right balance of friendly and available without being intrusive. The Airbnb was clean and had so many thoughtful details that instantly made us feel at home and relaxed. The bed was comfy and it was a peaceful neighborhood tucked away from any loud street noise. We went out on the lake multiple times in the kayak and had a lovely fire right next to the water. I would definitely stay again!

This apartment is very close to anything you would ever need right on the Main Street in Dansville.

This was my second time to stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s clean, cozy, very comfortable, and has everything you need. Joshua and Kelly are wonderful hosts, and their beautiful apartment will not disappoint! We cooked in the kitchen several times, watched a couple of movies, played cards at the table, and had a fun time! The Keurig was very handy as well! There’s lots to see and do, and it’s all easy to get to! Everything about it is excellent. Will definitely be back often!!

Our family had a great stay at Joan & Richard’s gorgeously unique home on the falls. There’s not a negative thing to say about the place. It was a dream come true and Joan is indeed a super host. She made our stay extra special by being warm and friendly and so accommodating. And the tiny gifts she provided us made us feel loved and welcomed. We cannot wait until our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mcintee Manor in Lima. The historic home was even more beautiful inside than I imagined. Details for our ease and comfort were attended to. Robin went the extra mile with sweet touches. We look forward to returning!

This place was in a safe and delightful, tucked away, spot..near friends, family, college and restaurants! There are also many other places to see! The horses are visible in the large windows and the apartment was bright and sunny! We did walk to the War Plane Museum as we checked out…the Public Library has a pass you can borrow for a week! We hope to come here again as we visit our family!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

Was a prefect stay while passing through, we booked last min, same day and had a wonderful slumber. Located in a cute little town. was safe and nice and quite.

Great place. Very clean. Looked just like the pics. Host was very responsive.

This was just right for our group of ten. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate but not abundant for our group size but we could improvise and thus fared quite well. We had a most enjoyable time at Letchworth State Park with extended family.

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

Place was great, check in was smooth, very clean. Great place after a long day at letchworth. Also very easy to communicate with.

We stayed at James’s place for a wedding in the area. The place was very clean and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a nice surprise. James was quick to respond to any questions we had.
