The house was a perfect stay for a quick weekend with a couple friends and family members! The location of the house was perfect for when we did our beach day at Pier Village and then went out at night in Asbury. Jonathan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had a great time!

Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Staying here and working with Patty was amazing! The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play. My family and I were visiting my daughter who attends Monmouth and it was so nice to visit with her and some of her teammates. We had a game night at the kitchen table and it was amazing to have so much room. Patty was very responsive and able to provide us with some essentials right away. Patty even reached out after to let us know the cleaners made note of how clean we left the home. We already booked our next stay to bring other family members to visit. The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was quiet and comfortable, providing a great environment for rest. Eric and Paulette were very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Our 8-day stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed to make our trip a fantastic experience. The street was extremely clean and safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was great, making it easy to work remotely. One of the bedrooms was a suite with a private bathroom, and I’ve got to say—the bathrooms were incredible: stylish, spacious, and spotless. The beds and linens were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The decor was modern, tasteful, and felt brand new. Parking was a huge plus since we had a car, and the best part—it was included in the rental. The PATH train station was really close, and walking there felt completely safe. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making everything super convenient. I was beyond satisfied with our stay, and without a doubt, when I’m back in NYC with my family, I’ll be staying here again. I highly recommend this place—it’s truly 5-star worthy!

This cozy cottage by the sea, managed by Barbara, exceeded my expectations. I typically avoid having expectations but I was uplifted just by viewing the Airbnb listing. When I got inside, I felt at home. I stayed for a week and what I can say is the house has GOOD ENERGY. Powerful, clear, clean energy. I slept deeply and was able to focus on my work when it was time to work. Barbara is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Location? Ideal. Walkable and on the beach. Easy to access? Yes and lots of parking. Clean? Spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

Great location and set up, conveniently close to downtown Morristown. Amy was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Kat’s bungalow was convenient to Sandy Hook and downtown Highlands. The parking was a bit of a challenge for us (turn around in the driveway) but we eventually got the hang of it. Proximity to everything was a big plus!

The cabin is lovely, in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was perfect for quiet relaxatìon, which is what we were after, yet I imagine an active family or couple might so enjoy it, also, if they were interested in getting out on the lake or to see the local sights. We enjoyed quiet time and a few local restaurants that were very good and a few drives for groceries at nearby stores. The area itself is charming and relaxing to visit. Absolutely great stay here and so appreciate. We found the lake views very comforting, especially mornings and sunsets. Everything very clean, thoughtfully and charmingly arranged and easy to find or use. It was overall an incredibly relaxing and comforting place to stay. If you liked the movie "Golden Pond" you would love it. The exterior steps we found somewhat challenging (for older people) but good exercise. The pathway is well lit, the railing was secure. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Peter met my son at the door upon arrival. Responsive to all texts. Allowed us to move in as early as possible. Very good location. Walked to Prospect Park, easy to walk to subway to Manhattan, safe neighborhood, cute coffee shop just down the block. Great to feel like we’re living in Broomkyn for the weeken!
