We loved the property. Very spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was a nice touch having the Christmas tree! We also loved the location and enjoyed the tranquility of where the property is located. Hayley was responsive responding to questions and would love to stay again sometime!

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

We had a great stay at Drover’s Lodge. The cottage is beautiful & easy to find using satnav. The cottage was spotless & had everything you needed with little added extras. Would highly recommend!

Myself, husband 2 teenagers and 2 dogs had a lovely stay at Rebecca's! We went to the St Andrews Uni open day and her cottage was perfectly placed as only a few minutes drive away. Cottage was clean, spacious and well looked after with lots of nice touches. Log fire was very much enjoyed ! Enough kitchen essentials for us to cook for ourselves 2 out of 3 nights. And the small amount of washing powder in the utility room and access to a washing machine was v helpful! Thank you!

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

We were three couples in our 50s /60s away for a long weekend. House was a great entertaining house for sitting in the evening having a drink and listening to music. But great location for a day out to St Andrews, a coastal walk down to Pittenweem or just coming out in Anstruther. House was fab, fantastic rainfall shower in upstairs bathroom, 3 huge bedrooms and plenty socialising space between the two living rooms/ dining area and patio areas. Would definitely recommend this house.

Sarah’s place was very cosy and clean! The hot tub is a great addition too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

Nice big place. Clean and tidy. Nice little starter pack of bread milk etc left for us. Plenty of towels. Rooftop terrace with heating and use of pool. A lot of fobs and keys to use but plenty of copies provided for us. Feather pillows, would’ve preferred firmer, but that’s a personal preference. Lovely host.

Great stay, made great memories and was a birthday to remember. Will defo keep in mind for future bookings!

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

Thank you for a lovely stay with so many kind extra touches. Really everything you could ask for and the spacious property is in such an excellent location. There is a restaurant right across the road and a super shop practically next door. We ate at The Clachan and the food was amazing. Loved seeing the donkeys on the Saturday trimming the village green! What a gorgeous place with such friendly locals! Loved the decor in the bedrooms especially and very comfortable beds. Very cosy ! Netflix etc and lots of games and books was an added bonus too when the weather wasn’t so great. The conservatory is super warm and welcoming so we ate breakfast there and our dogs just loved their stay too. Highly recommended and we will definitely book again if back in the area.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Fay's place. Good communication throughout and the place is perfect for a quiet retreat with amazing views. Very well furnished and comfortable, everything you need for a few days exploring the local area.

Mary was fast to respond to any issues that arose, we were in her property for 2 months and anything which required attention was seen to quickly. the house is in one of the nicest parts of town, I'd generally quiet and comfortable.

A really cozy modern house and a great host , definately a home from home. Scott was really helpful and replied to messages straight away. easy access to the local train station (10 minute walk) with regular trains into Edinburgh. we had a perfect stay and would definately recommend this place when travelling to Edinburgh

Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

We loved our stay here. It was spacious and very well equipped for kids. Had everything you could possibly need and very much felt like a home away from home. The hosts are amazing at responding quickly and are so friendly and accommodating. Would 10000% recommend.

Three letters….. WOW…… Samantha & euan were the most pleasant hosts and very helpful. The grounds itself was very idyllic…we took our dog so there was plenty space for him to run around and we enjoyed lovely walks around the place. The view was incredible, waking up every morning with the lake right infront of you was just amazing. There was swans & geese on the grounds too which was a delight to watch each day. The lodge itself was very clean and beautiful inside, everything was at high spec and you could see the personal touches in each room. I loved all the pictures, they represented the grounds which I thought was lovely. We had a beautiful fire to enjoy at night and we also managed to heat the Swedish bath tub with no trouble. I’ve always been to places with hot tubs but now I’m converted. The water was fresh and straight from the tap (no chemicals needed) and the water stayed hot for ages. We enjoyed this at a lot. We will be absolutely be back. Definately worth a visit. 🌼

Fenomenal estancia en esta casa. Ojalá fuera mía. Todo perfecto. Casa muy confortable y amplia. Lo único que mejoraría sería el tamaño de las camas. Las dobles son de 1,35x1,90. Se agradecería que fueran algo más grandes. Por lo demás, la casa es de película

A great place to stay, Sarah was very responsive and the apartment itself was very comfortable and in a perfect location to the centre. The park next to the apartment was also wonderful for letting our dog her legs . I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Perth.
