Livorno : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Appartamento ristrutturato, giusto per 4 persone, vista mare da tutte le finestre, posizione direttamente sul lungomare tutto perfetto! Non abbiamo utilizzato nulla ma comodissima lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, offerte cialde, biscotti e merendine oltre all'acqua in fresco.Hosting gentile, disponibile e sempre veloce nelle risposte, flessibilità nel check in e nel check out, bello trovare persone che ti accolgono con un sorriso (sia la mamma che il figlio) Torneremo sicuramente.

Perfekte Unterkunft nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Jedoch ist der angegebene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nicht vorhanden. Aber an der Straße waren genügend Plätze da.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

siamo stati ospiti da Laura per 3 giorni...due adulti e un cagnolino...che dire...tutto perfetto: check-in facile e spiegato passo passo, informazioni puntuali circa la zona, attenzione agli ospiti, ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e da ristoranti, bar, farmacie...ma soprattutto volevo segnalare l' estrema pulizia dell' alloggio. Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt, Christine! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu zweit bei dir in deinem kleinen aber sehr feinen Apartment. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Rundumblick in die Berge. Gioconda hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Atmosphäre ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gioconda hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub ❤️.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Ottimo posto! Eravamo in vacanza con i nostri figli. I bambini sono rimasti contentissimi della piscina con idromassaggio sul tetto vista mare. Non volevano tornare a casa! C'è una spiaggia libera nelle vicinanze (circa 10 minuti a piedi), una spiaggia a pagamento proprio accanto alla casa. Un balcone molto carino con vista sulle montagne e splendidi alberi, dove ci piaceva bere il caffè :) L'appartamento è molto funzionale, grande e confortevole, c'è una stanza aggiuntiva per i bambini, che non è nelle foto, che era una bella sorpresa. Molto pulito, tutto il necessario in vacanza e in casa, tutto funzionante (aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, microonde, ecc.). Un host molto gentile che risponde rapidamente e garantisce un ottimo soggiorno. Anche il portiere è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La zona è bellissima, sono innamorato di questa parte d'Italia! Grazie mille per tutto! Ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie per tutto.

Siamo stati molto bene, condominio tranquillo negozi di tutti i generi vicinissimi. Poi il mare e il lungomare proprio a pochi passi...

We highly recommend Laura’s lovely place. It is beautifully styled and comfortable with many ‘above and beyond’ extras including a popcorn machine and fresh provisions on arrival. Laura is a wonderful host, highly responsive and helpful. The house is a short stroll to the beach with its stunning white stones and equally close to the pristine bike track through the pines. We hired bikes and cycled into Pisa, it’s a peaceful and picturesque ride. The number 10 bus is also frequent and easy to use. As well as Pisa, we’d very much suggest a day out in ancient Lucca. The walk around the city walls in both cities is well worth it.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Wir sind als 4köpfige Familie angereis…von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Fabrizio perfekt…er hat alle Infos vorab einschließlich WLan Infos zugeschickt…Beschreibung zur Wohnung und zur Tiefgarage, die dort ein Segen ist, mitgesendet…er war mitdenkend und sehr zugänglich…offen für Empfehlungen bezogen auf Aktivitäten oder Restaurants. Einfach nur ein Super Host! Nicht übertrieben…kann ich mur empfehlen…Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Toskana machen, dann wissen wir definitiv bedcheid, wo wir unterkommen wollen…Danke Fabrizio für all deine Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.
