Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo festeggiato capodanno in questo casale immerso nella natura Toscana. La casa e il giardino sono stupendi! Gli host sono stati impeccabili e reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo tra amici. Abbiamo trovato alcuni insetti ma gli host sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto avere uno spray insetticida.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

Perfect house with a great Whirlpool including a nice view! Very nice Beds and great equipment overall. Gianni is a perfect host, very friendly and discrete. Totally revommend to explore Tuscany from here!

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Where do I even begin? Fabio was a dream to work with since the moment I booked the villa. My husband and I planned our entire stay and wedding with Fabio through email and he even video conferenced us to talk details about our wedding day. The villa is incredible. Peaceful, spacious, clean. Perfect for a family of 14. The pool is always clean and Rosaria was there every morning to make sure we had everything we needed and the pool was tip top shape. She even came to the villa to help us with our hot water when we used it all up! Our wedding was a dream from the moment we woke up with a delicious breakfast handmade by Alessandra. She made the bread from scratch, the whole villa smelled like a dream! The breakfast presentation was stunning and it was just the morning. Fabio was very attentive through the entire stay from the rehearsal dinner (we did a pizza night) to the wedding day. All of my dreams came true. I highly recommend this villa!!!

We had an amazing week at Villa "Il Grillo". Lorenzo and Bernadetta were the perfect hosts - friendly, helpful and welcoming. The house is lovely with spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt right at home from the outset. There are lots of spaces outside to eat, drink and relax and take in the wonderful views. The villa is situated in an area that is perfect for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca (our favourite), the Cinque Terre and local villages and seaside towns. One evening we had a lovely meal at Lorenzo’s restaurant that serves great pizzas alongside traditional Tuscan food. The food was delicious and we were made to feel like locals by the friendly and attentive staff. All in all, the villa provided us with a really comfortable base to explore this lovely part of Italy.

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s Villa! The home was as described—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of six adults. There was plenty of space to be together and for privacy when needed. Francesca, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The setting was stunning, and the complimentary wine tasting was such a special treat. One of the highlights of our stay was the commercial kitchen—it was a dream to cook in and made eating at the villa easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there’s a charming local restaurant within walking distance, and the village of Camaiore is nearby with shops and essentials. Lucca is just a 25-minute drive, Pisa 45 minutes drive, making sightseeing easy (a car is necessary for exploring the area). We truly loved our time here, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Tuscan experience!

Gastgeber absolut Hammer! Selten so ein Service erlebt. Wir haben den Gastgeber in unser Herz geschlossen. Bitte weiter so. Sie waren immer zur Stelle auch beim kleinsten Problem. 1000% Weierempfehlung. Das Haus war super und wir genossen die Ruhe und den Garten sehr. Es war für uns total erholsam. Ganz lieben an Gina für die feine selbstgemachte Verpflegung, einfach köstlich. Auch an Franco wollen wir für die Wärme und das umsorgen von Jacuzzi und Pool von Herzen danken, ihr seid großartig. Wir behalten euch im Herzen.
