Brilliant place to stay and we will definitely be back. The hosts were nothing but helpful. The place was gorgeous!

We and the dog had a great weekend at angies den, the cabin is very peaceful and cosy. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Lovely little getaway. The host had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived which was really appreciated. Great value stay, beautiful location, very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the lambs playing in the field in the morning whilst having a cup of tea in the hot tub!

Third time we have stayed at the hidden lodge. It’s truly amazing. Kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you will possibly need. Hot tub was amazing and lovely bonus of the plunge pool. We always enjoy our stays here.

Perfect lodge, beautiful inside, extremely clean, with everything you need. well thought-out. The hot tub was amazing after a long day walking Snowdon. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful Pod, furnished to a high modern standard (smart plugs and lighting etc.) the scenery just outside the doors was incredible. Would come back for sure!

Had a lovely stay here for a valentines weekend! Lovely space and lovely hot tub! Sara even put roses on the bed in the shape of a heart for us! 10/10 recommend!

We just adored Mark's place. Fantastic host and great stay. Lovely surroundings and perfect launchpad for all north Wales has to offer. Will definitely try to stay again in the future.

Simply, stunning location, nestled in the nether regions of North Wales, amongst so much beautiful nature and countryside. Easily accessible to lots of wonderful attractions within the area and the two chaps looking after the grounds were a fantastic help. I can’t wait to return and actually want to live there!!!

Greg left fantastic clear instructions on how to find,on arrival,wow,what an idyllic place to relax,stunning views and a beautiful lodge with everything one could need. Spotlessly clean cosy and just perfect. Tesco in Abergele a short 15 minute drive for essentials and a beer or vino. Greg and Penny are very amiable and checked on us to see if everything was ok after arriving. Hand in heart,if you like peace and tranquility and an abundance of wildlife and a rural location,do not hesitate to book. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely book again! The cabin was clean, well equipped and very cosy. The cost was very reasonable. The location is perfect, 40 minutes from Mt. snowdon and 25 minutes from mid Wales. The holiday park is very nice and the dog walking area is great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Geoffrey was a great host, very responsive and his instructions for check in were clear and check in was seamless.

We had such a lovely stay, couldn’t recommend this caravan enough. It had everything we needed, we went on some amazing walks with the pooch and the whole caravan site was amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Our 6 night holiday was relaxing with amazing countryside views. James was very welcoming and met us when we arrived to help check in and answer any questions. The lodge was fully equipped with everything we needed - a lovely home away from home. The site is well maintained and peaceful, people are very friendly. Shops and supermarkets aren't too far away, only a 10-15 min drive and there are some nice pubs & restaurants around. I highly recommend this place to stay.

We stayed for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The lodge was spotless, home from home. Loved the hottub. Lovely places within driving distance to visit. Definitely recommend

A fantastic place for a romantic getaway. Gaynor was a pleasure to deal with and provided suggestions for activities and restaurants (I highly recommend one of these - Sage Kitchen at Menai Bridge). The location is peaceful and quiet, and was easy to find using google maps. When we arrived the place was warm and Gaynor had kindly arranged for the hot tub to be at bathing temperature when we arrived, which was welcome after the drive. The cabin itself was clean and spacious, with a rustic and cozy feeling. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils for us to prepare breakfast. The bed was comfortable and there is space to hang clothes in the bedroom. The bathroom had all the essentials and a nice big bathtub as well as a shower. Thanks Gaynor for being such an accommodating host. We’d happily come and stay again in the future.

I had a stay here for three nights to visit the local/surrounding area on motorcycle. The cabin was easy to find and check into. Very clean inside and in a quiet area. The town is only about a 10 minute walk which was nice especially since the weather wasn't the best for biking! I would definitely recommend here if you are looking for somewhere in the area.

We hiked mount snowdown and staying here we was in a perfect location for it. Extreamlly quiet and relaxing after a 7 hour hike!! We didn’t want to leave, we wish we could have stayed longer. Would 100% come back it was an AMAZING location!

The chalet was in an utterly blissful location, it was idyllic & we slept very well. It was really lovely inside & had one of the best showers we have ever used. The Groes Inn which is local to the chalet does fabulous food.

We had such a wonderful stay at Liz & Matt’s cabin! It was warm, cosy, clean and truly felt like a home away from home. The thoughtful touches (lovely gifts, sweet treats and handwritten notes) made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The cabin was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our visit incredibly comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear that a lot of love and attention has gone into making this place special. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The site was very quiet and conveniently located next to a beautiful beach. We would highly recommend.

An incredibly cozy and well-equipped cabin, perfect for a family getaway! It had everything we needed for two adults and our 4-year-old, who absolutely adored the swivel chair, and the bunk bed quickly became his favorite spot. The area around is perfect for relaxing walks, and the view of the mountains from the cabin is stunning. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Stayed at Captains Cabin last weekend and was so impressed. It was lovely and clean whilst also feeling cosy and accommodating. The host was brilliant, great communication and helpful throughout. Would 100% recommend and come again!
