This was a beautiful place to stay and although only 2 of us plenty of room for get togethers and families … It was very peaceful and private considering the farm … It’s perfect located for all walks in Wales; especially Henryd Waterfall 5 min drive The extra addition of a BBQ as well as the extra touches of a Prosecco and crisps to welcome us as well as providing anything we needed during our stay. Very helpful and lovely. Will defined be booking back in the next couple of months!!

Brilliant property to stay at on an incredibly peaceful and pretty part of Wales. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape busy life. Very relaxing, very friendly, stunning place & great value for money

Brilliant place to stay, location was great an easy walk in to The Mumbles. There are lots of brilliant beaches and place to walk within a small drive or a decent walking distance. The house was amazing, well decorated, comfy and clean. My hosts were very welcoming and always responded quickly to any messages. I would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

A little gem , nice and quiet, but in a town in minutes. Hot Tub was fantastic, warm and inviting.Overall a wonderful place would recommend

Definitely worth staying!! It is beautiful, for homebodies like myself, it has some good Movies and games! For more active people, there are beautiful walls and sights!! Perfect for any type of person! Carolyn was amazing, whenever i needed help, she was there! Even if it was just a stupid question! Thank you very much, will definitely come back!!!

Lovely private and peaceful place, photos didn’t do it justice. Was so lovely to chill out and have a weekend away with mom and the dog ! Was a lovely sunny couple of days, host was very accommodating and it was so clean. Thank you so much and will defo be recommending xxx

We had a fantastic stay in Claires place. The Cottage was incredibly clean and perfectly located for our quiet escape!..The views were stunning. We had a cosy log fire in the living room which was perfect to come into after spending some time outside in the hot tub! The hot tub looks out onto unspoilt countryside, absolute bliss! We enjoyed exploring the local town on our first day and then ventured off to some beautiful waterfall walks the following days. We were able to take our dog with us which was wonderful as we usually have to leave him with friends. Claire was always super quick to respond to any questions I had and we were left to our own devices with clear instructions for our arrival. We would definitely like to come and stay again in the future, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you.

Sarah was very quick at responding to any enquiries I had and was always on Hand to give very helpful information regarding our stay. The location is very remote and absolutely beautiful, I would definitely recommend using the what3words app as this took me right to the doortstep, it may have been difficult to find using a standard satnav but totally worth it for the peace and the views!! The property was pristine and stocked with everything you can think of for your stay excluding food. There was a Asda express nearby so we could top up on essentials and the nearest town was less than 10 minutes away however we didn’t stay long enough to check this out, the house comes with a whole pinboard of leaflets giving plenty of options for local things to do. We would definitely return!! Thanks :)

Lovely stay at a very homely cottage

Just come back from a great stay All very clean with goodies left out for us including tasty Welsh cakes and supply of logs The weather didn’t always treat us well but still got plenty of walks on the nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants to choose from M&S food hall almost next door Great to have own parking

Charming, spacious and comfortable cottage, kitchen better equipped than average (lots of mugs and glasses, knives that actually work, and thoughtful touches such as matches for candles), lovely quiet location yet all the delights of the Mumbles just around the corner. Will definitely stay again when returning to the Mumbles!

Mum needed somewhere to stay for a while as she was having work done on her house nearby and Stephen’s place was ideal for her. It’s so cosy and has everything you could need. There’s a pub close by and a shop. Stephen and his partner went out of their way to check on mum during the recent bad weather and communicated really well with me which was massively reassuring. Mum loved her stay and felt like she was on holiday. Highly recommend Stephens place for a getaway.

This was our second visit to Abedar and I fell in love even more. we took family for some well overdue quality time and they loved it too ... our 16 month old grandson particularly loved the birds and the slide 🥰 Tim has made sure that everthing you need and more is there. we can't wait to return 🙌

Perfect little cottage for our short notice stay. Lovely garden space and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Short walk to a lovely pub/restaurant and a shop with all you need. Great base for trips into Newquay and Aberaeron .

Allison’s cottage has endless positive reviews on air bnb and that’s for a very good reason. The Fisherman’s Cottage is outstanding. You’ll feel right at home the moment you step through the door. The house is full of personality and charm as Allison has worked hard with numerous little touches to welcome her guests and make one’s stay relaxing and comfortable. An absolutely first rate host. Thank you for letting us come for just one night and we absolutely promise to return for longer.

Toby the host sent all the details well in advance of our stay which was great. The cottage was delightful, set in a beautiful valley in the mountains. It was cosy with a log burning stove, plenty of logs and kindling. It was a comfortable well thought out sociable and homely space. The bed was comfortable and everywhere was clean with a great shower. We loved being able to walk from the house up onto the mountains, to the reservoirs and back along the beautiful river. We'd definitely recommend it particularly as it's a wonderful place to explore the west of Wales, the beaches and the mountains. We saw hardly anyone, just a walker and a handful of cyclists, so for those like us who enjoy being in a remote place it's ideal. We popped into a local pub where some folk were practicing their guitars and singing which was a lovely thing to witness. We'd definitely return there if we were back in the area.

My family’s favorite place we stayed on our trip. The dogs even came to say goodbye to the kids as we were leaving. Great peaceful place.

A beautiful cottage near the sea. The decor and facilities are fantastic. Great tv and we made use of the board games provided. We got lost trying to find the cottage, but we did arrive in the dark! The instructions are clear though. The basket of treats left by Jacqueline were a lovely touch! Thank you.

Gorgeous rural retreat, really felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. Dog loved it too. Conservatory makes the cottage, you can appreciate the views from this light filled room as the rest of the house is quite dark.

Peters place was the perfect cottage to get away. While remaining close to town, we still felt like we were away in the woods. Peter’s above and beyond tips for things to do in the area made it the best weekend away.

This is a little gem of an airbnb. We had the most perfect stay and already planning a return visit 🙂 it was the perfect little haven for a reset which is just what we needed and what we came for. For starters its in a beautiful part of the world, the house was so cosy and warmed up pretty quickly in the cold weather we had. The BBQ hut was the icing on the cake, absolute perfection. The Red Cow pub just a stones throw away was so welcoming and we had some amazing food there, highly recommend. All in all a fabulous stay in Wales.

An amazing place the night skys were awesome and in the morning i was outside with a cup of tea watching red kites a weasel and wood peckers . We booked it as base for sorting things for a family member but would love to come back for a proper rest .
