Lovely accommodation, well equipped and in a fabulous location being so close to the beach and lots of stunning walks. A few minor issues when we arrived (these things happen!) but these were sorted out promptly by the hosts. Excellent hosts who clearly take pride in the aprtment and want nothing more than for guests to love it as they do. Hot tub and balcony were amazing - a real sun trap, and we made good use of both. Would definitely return, probably out of season though as I suspect paking coukd be tricky in high season.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was wonderful, quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The area was lovely and we were lucky to have fantastic weather throughout our stay. One of the highlights was sitting on the little terrace in the sun in the afternoon, enjoying a good book after a long walk in the morning. It truly made the experience even more special. We enjoyed our time so much, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a fabulous location - couldn’t ask for better!

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

The flat was very comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed. We were especially happy about the big, well equipped kitchen, as we often eat in.

Had a wonderful stay, Kay was so welcoming and friendly, a great host with a lovely place to stay. Added bonus of a friendly local pub a short walk away, if we're in this part of Wales again we'll deffinetly be staying again.

Lovely place to stay next to a very interesting rural pub with friendly clientele and food! I thought the hosts were very responsive, generous and thoughtful and would recommend it to anyone.

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. Just got home after 3 nights in Iwans place in Bala. This place is spotlessly clean, beautiful inside from top to bottom. The four kids loved the outdoor space for playing and they loved the hot tub too. Bala is a beautiful town with lots of options for eating out, take aways and has a couple of fresh bakery’s. Centrally located in north wales with LOTS to do for all ages around the area. We got the small steam train, went white water rafting both within minutes drive from here. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will be back thanks Iwan

Lovely private space, all mod cons you could need. Very comfortable and the four of us did not feel cramped. The log burner was a delightful addition, bedrooms are a good size with enough furniture to unpack, bathroom is spacious and the shower was perfect. We did find the addition of a few more hooks on backs of doors, especially bedrooms and bathroom would be helpful, and maybe a clothes airer, iron and ironing board?. Kevin was also very good at communicating with us during our stay. We definitely would recommend this place if you are wanting a rural stay in Wales with village feel. We used this place as our base to navigate a hike up Snowdon, about 40mins drive to the Llanberis path. All in all a really lovely visit.

What a fantastic place! Ged and Elka are incredibly thoughtful and kind hosts. We felt at home immediately. Everything is very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for cooking whatever you might like. They even keep the knives sharp! Beautiful walks from the front door. The beds are comfortable and it’s very dog friendly. They provided a blanket, dog towel, and bowls. They even had a welcome pack for us and our dog. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would!

We stayed at the Paradise Cottage for two nights and were super happy with the information provided in advance and the communication before and during our stay there. The whole place was spotless clean and everything was as shown in the pictures and matched the description to our complete satisfaction. The beds (mattresses) were in perfect condition. In addition to that we had a rather late check-in and found a warm-hearted welcome and got help from the very nice owner. We would definitely recommend staying in this little paradise square:)

We had a lovely stay at Veronica’s place. The house was very clean with plenty of space. Lovely patio area that got the sun. We would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay here. Incredibly close to the town centre, easy and accessible route into town, so much to do and see. Really comfortable stay, clean, and everything you could possibly need!

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

Our Costal garden annexe stay was amazing. Naomi came straight round when we arrived. The annexe was very clean, tidy and peaceful. Lots of information of stuff to do in the welcome book. Such a beautiful area. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I would definitely come back again.

I had such a lovely stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Adrian’s property was perfect for a couple. Nights breakaway from the norm. Cosy, comfy and clean. The communication and help from Adrian was incredible. Any questions we had he answered quickly. Lots of information to help you get in the property and for around ellesmere. Would recommend !
