My daughter and I thought the house and its surroundings were so comfortable and serene. We slept really well. Beds were comfortable. Everything you’d need and an easy drive into Llano. Thank you!

Diana’s place was perfect for us and our pups. Fence is completely closed in and the bbq pit was perfect for feeding the five of us. Master bathroom is spacious and very well lit. Cleanliness 10/10 in the bathroom and jut the whole house. Rooms were spacious enough and closets as well. I would recommend grabbing toilet paper and paper towels because there’s limited extras of those. The pictures are exactly like the home and the instructions to checking in and out were clear. This is my favorite stay so far!

Very comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and view of the lake was pretty. It was fun to see deer in the neighborhood.

Lovely spot on a quiet cove on lake LBJ with a kayak and paddle boards to use. The upstairs deck was wonderful, spent most of our time there watching sunsets, eating, reading, it was such a relaxing time. The kitchen was stocked with oil and spices and all the cooking equipment you could need. Sweet berry farms is close and it luckily was strawberry season while we stayed which was fun and delicious. Would be fun with a few couples or families. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. The house was nice - and we enjoyed the ping pong and the fire pit!! The kayak was great! Plenty of stuff to do and both families had lots of fun!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous house! Everything was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Very spacious, bathrooms in every room was a huge plus. The scenery is beautiful, looking over the lake is the best part. Host was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this house. The first time was with my brother and we had such a great time, I had to come back again this year! My kids love the fun garage and have so much fun finding things to play with. The river is perfect for children since it’s shallow around the dock. Beautiful, fun, and peaceful vacation!

Definitely I would book this place again next visit!!! So inviting The king size bed perfect I fall in love with it and bedding so soft and cozy better than 5 star hotel

The location was conveniently close to our daughter which made it an ideal stay to prepare and participate in her wedding. We felt right at home when we got there. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, enough counter space in the kitchen (ideal for assembling a wedding cake). I also loved that there is only one television which kept the family together.

Honestly, what a great little place. I was a little skeptical since I usually like to stay in very private spaces but it honestly was very nice. Walk to the river is very easy. Place was very clean. Best part was definitely the river, we went out around 2pm and we had it all to ourselves. Overall, we had a great time and my dogs loved the swim. Will definitely try to come back with my whole family.

Hosted a family reunion here in February and although the temps were cold we had a great time. The cabins were a good meeting place for everyone and would be an even better place in warmer weather as there is so much to do outside. The large fire pit was perfect for our weekend though and we enjoyed it very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. So quiet and peaceful. Even with the current drought there was still sufficient water to enjoy so time in the river fishing and playing with the family. We can’t wait to return! Tiffani was friendly, extremely responsive and flexible.

WOW!!! This place is so cool!! It is exactly as described! We throughly enjoyed ourselves!!!! There aren't too many bad reviews but the ones there are crack me up! Yes, it is a lake house, pretty much right on the water... There will be spiders out on the decks! The water level is not always the same but definitely fishable, kayakable, swimable and beautiful!!! There are A LOT of steps inside and out! It is build on the side of a hill... also should be expected!! And yes there may be a loose rock or two here and there! This place has everything you could need as far as kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies! The fact they supply so many kayaks is soooo awesome! 👏 The weather was so perfect this weekend we didn't even use the ac units, just had the windows cracked and it was so comfortable! Love that our mini dachshund was welcome and he had a blast on the kayak!!!! We will return and bring friends to enjoy it with! :)

This place was amazing! My whole family had a good time, from the little one to the teenagers. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed plus lots more. Judy has put so much thought, care, and effort in perfecting the cabin and thr amenities. We could not have asked for a better cabin, environment, or host.

We loved staying in the cabin. The place was so private and quaint. A perfect location for anyone wanting/needing to get away from it all. From playing in the river (direct access on the property), walking to the general store for a beer and burger (the friendliest people there, we felt like family), to stargazing from the teepee down by the river. The place is amazing! And just a short drive with beautiful scenery to Fredricksburg. We will definitely be back!!

What a wonderful, secluded cabin to escape to. Andrea was an excellent host. The cabin surroundings were quiet and full of nature. Mornings and evenings were spent watching the variety of birds around the creek and deer and cattle among the ranch grounds. I would recommend this cabin to anyone for a quiet getaway.
