This place is amazing! Right on the lake and perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and it’s only 5 minutes from Spider Mountain for mountain biking and hiking. We will be back!

Had a great weekend stay with friends at Chastain Haus!!! The home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. It was close to many places of interest and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room and the king beds were a plus!!!

Perfect house and location for our multi-generational family getaway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on Main Street, but also peaceful and tranquil. Beautiful and well-stocked home. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. Loved the stay!

This is a really adorable home about half a mile from the hustle and bustle of main street. Close enough for ease of access to downtown without being in the noisiness of the bachelorette parties. The home has everything you need to feel right at home. Spacious backyard with a fun hot tub for a relaxing place to hang out after a busy day. Can't recommend this home high enough.

I had a great 2 week stay. The internet was strong enough for me to do my WFH job and stream podcasts while working. Excellent view of lake buchanan and lots of places to walk and explore around the lake. It was within a reasonable driving distance to Enchanted Rock and Inks Lake.

Our stay was great! I thought it would be an easier walk to DT Fredericksburg, but it honestly worked out because it was nice, quiet, and spacious. We even got to see deer hanging out in the morning while we had coffee!

Cozy place that’s great for a couple or family. The full kitchen was super great to have and everything was clean when we got there! Easy to walk to and from places in Fredericksburg with a nearby grocery store for basics.

Host was very nice and helpful. She was very clear on instructions and flexible with us. Was a perfect lil spot for what my friend and I were doing. She made it easy and simple. Property is very nice. Would recommend staying there. Was a great stay

Peaceful location; near Main Street . Plenty of space, jacuzzi was a relaxing added feature. There still is construction in the back, but did not disturb us over the weekend.

My wife and I took a quick weekender to Fredericksburg for Valentine’s. The place was very homey, very clean, very organized, with great decor and nice little extras like extra blankets, towels, pillows, and even some nice toiletries. I’m 6’3” tall, and I was very pleased that I fit comfortably in the shower without having to bow to rinse off! 😂 tall guy problems, not a problem here though. I am critical of small things so I liked the fact that the shower was great, AND it had great water pressure. The room was very cozy, great ambient lighting, the bed was comfortable and I fit on that too. There was plenty of room to move about, and it felt like our own second home. There was a great sitting area/fire pit outside, but the fun-times provided in downtown FBG and the misty weather kept plus from utilizing that. It would’ve been the perfect spot to have a few beverages and visit. All-in-all, I highly recommend these folks and their spot, and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

it was nice and peaceful. being there is nice even if the fish is not biting it's great place to go.

Beautiful place, plenty to do inside the home as well as the surrounding area. Instructions were clear and labeled. Extras were provided such as paper products and spices plenty of dishes.

Callie responded immediately to any issue we had. The place is gorgeous with an even better view. With an easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. Definitely worth the price to stay!!

Hands-down, the best campground experience in Texas! Tammy, Tammy, Tammy! Ms. Tammy is the mayor of Dos Rios, and along with her sidekick, Roger and Nikki and Richard, this place is heaven. I am legit a better person for having stayed there. I can’t wait to go back.

gorgeous, gorgeous stay. the cabin is elegant and private and pristine, with an absolutely top-tier bed that other hosts should aspire to providing. the hot tub is deep and soothing. feeding the alpacas and donkeys and goats from the palm of my hand was a reminder of how sweet and simple it can be to appreciate every moment. spotted sheep farms is one of those Airbnbs that when i think "I'd go back there," i mean it.

Love this stay! So peaceful and exactly as described. The hosts were very informative and friendly. If you want a peaceful weekend check this place out for sure!

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

We loved staying in this cabin! It was so peaceful and restorative, a great place to get away from it all (without being too far from anything). Easy drive to downtown Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock, and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Another incredible stay at the Blue Top! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The cabin is spacious and spotless. This is my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first. The first time I came it was a little warm out and the cabin stayed cool. This time it was a little chillier and the cabin stayed warm. It’s comfortable during all seasons with incredible views surrounded by nature on all sides. We are also very appreciative he allows pets. There’s nothing better than sharing outdoor adventures with our four legged buddy. Thanks again. We will be back!
