Excellent stay! The home was very clean and well kept. Lots of outdoor amenities! The furniture and beds were so comfortable. Excellent stay!

We came in for a few days and really liked the house. It’s within a mile or two of downtown and felt centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable and the place had plenty of room for our family of five. Kids loved the backyard and hot tub. We would stay there again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, private and peaceful! Even better than the photos. The backyard setting with hot tub, pool and many sitting areas is so serene and secluded and even more special when the many deer pass through. The very well maintained house has lots of beds for a larger gathering but is also great for a romantic getaway. The hosts are very professional yet friendly and they seem to have thought of everything from the guests standpoint as well as their vacation rental business. Highly recommend!

Sean was a fantastic host. We had a group of 10 girls in town to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and we had such a great time and felt right at home. Everything was just as pictured. Sean responded very quickly to our pool concerns and we were able to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone interested!

What an amazing beautiful place to stay and share with friends and family! We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful scenery while in the pool and hot tub and the spacious house was perfect for entertaining our group of 10! It was a cozy place to stay after being at wineries all day!

We had a bit of a problem with the hot tub the first day, but it was resolved. All in all, would stay here again and definitely recommend for anyone on a fun trip with multiple people. Close enough to downtown, yet gave you the privacy you needed. Loved it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so much character. We loved having our morning coffee on the back patio, watching the deer wander around the property.

My husband and I visited Fredericksburg for the 1st time to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, & the new year. From the moment we arrived - we were impressed! We are BIG on details, & they far exceeded our expectations. The theater room was so cozy & cute. The entire home was so clean. They had comfy blankets since it was cold. The sofa and loveseat in the living room were the most comfortable. They gave clear instructions on everything. It was incredibly private & peaceful. They had a nice collection of DVD’s & games. They even left us New Year headbands & the MOST delicious cookies! Everything from start to finish was perfect! The 1st night we arrived, we noticed the outdoor string lights weren’t working. We reached out to the hosts…& they were so quick to respond, & incredibly kind! The gentleman they sent over helped…& even gave recommendations to us, since it was our 1st time visiting! The only upsetting part? The fact that we had to leave! Such a perfect spot! Thank you guys again!♥️

The Rock House is quiet and comfortable and as described/pictured. It's easy to spend time there -- relax on the porch, watch birds and wildlife, see the stars (or maybe a lunar eclipse!) at night. We were glad we brought our binoculars! The location near Blanco was a good central base camp for our day trips exploring the Hill Country. Kent and Sherry are great and their local recommendations were super helpful.

Super cute and charming home. This home was perfect for our group. We came into town for a wedding and Kristie was so accommodating to let us in a little early to get ready and make sure we were taken care of. We loved that all the rooms had little fans to make noise and keep the air flowing at night. This home is located in a great location and easy to get to all the places in town within minutes. Would definitely book here again if we come back to Llano area!

Enjoyed staying at location. Very clean, nice quiet spacious. Beds were comfortable, showers were big. If you have a large guess count, this is the place to stay. Lots of room. No complaints. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Great stay with lots of space for a small surprise get together with family. The backyard and hot tub were a great addition to the space!

We had to rent this sweet cottage right on the water at the last minute on a busy holiday weekend. Such a great place with a beautiful view of the lake. We would love to come back and really enjoy this space in the future.

House was nice, easy to find, and clean. The beds were clean and soft. The hot tub was nice and the pool was a fun place for the kids to hang out. Also game room was a hit with the kids. Close walking distance to restaurants and Main Street.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Exceptional is the only word that can describe this amazing experience! We extended our stay because of the luxurious feel and decoration of the home and so so clean! We were literally close to everything and this place made it hard to leave to go do anything else!! The back bar was such a touch of class! We will be back!!

Brad was a wonderful host. The home was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to Main Street and it was close to nice restaurants.

We visited during the Llano annual international rock stacking competition! (L.E.A.F) Our second time to attend and first time to stay for the weekend. We loved interacting with the locals in the small Texas town and experience the feel of the culture. (We’re city Texans ourselves.) The festival had a definite “hippie” vibe which a local resident characterized as “hippie-redneck” kind of small town culture. Very friendly folks all around! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the property. Our host was very responsive to our needs. It was so nice being away from the noise of the city life. I loved listening to the birds in the mornings. My bird app recognized 11 different bird songs, three of which I’d not previously encountered! I definitely would enjoy repeating our stay. Highly recommend!

I was visiting for 10 days as part of a cycling vacation, and this place was perfect for me. (In fact, it was probably too big - there's much more room than one person needs). Casa Girasole is spacious and well-appointed. Everything was clean and items one needs to make oneself at home. As I planned to cook my own meals, a functioning kitchen was essential, and everything I needed was there. The house is in a small subdivision on the outskirts of Fredericksburg. It is homey and safe. Mostly quiet except for neighbors vrooming by in their pickups and the roosters. C.C. and Luis are friendly and helpful hosts. They live across the street and are therefore available if unexpected things come up.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gold Haus! This beautifully updated 100+ year-old house perfectly balances historic charm with modern comforts. The bedrooms are fantastic, featuring incredibly comfortable bedding and thoughtfully upgraded bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen made it a joy to cook dinner on Saturday evening. One of our favorite features was the outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating—it created such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. We loved gathering around it in the evening! Our dog, Boo, also had the best time, enjoying the easy in-and-out access and lounging on the front porch with us. Lindsie, Rachel, and Meagan have truly thought of everything to make The Gold Haus welcoming and comfortable. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. An amazing home, wonderful hostesses, and top-notch amenities—we can’t wait to come back!
