Very remote and good break away from it all, around 15 minutes to the closest pub. Definitely worth stocking up on food and drinks to make it a fully remote experience. Great quality hot tub, clean cottage and had everything we needed.

Such a great place - as a previous review said: if you are considering it definitely do it! like staying in your own mini hotel - so interesting and quirky - great for a mixed group Rugby Six Nations in the snug complete with real fire close to the bar for some, pool tournament for some and champagne in the hot tub for others😊 Such a fab way to spend a big birthday Saturday. Kitchen was fabulous and, with it previously being a professional kitchen, everything was so accessible and easy to find. Breakfast hamper most welcome. In house dining by Viki was a real treat for our Saturday night. The beds were SO comfy...and so many fluffy towels everywhere! lovely setting - and the walk up Grinshill, as recommended by the hosts, was a must for those that do.. All in all the whole place and experience far exceeded my expectations for my extended family 60th birthday celebrations.. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the place.. Looking forward to our next visit

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river. Great communication from Gary the owner would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay Gary x

Really lovely stay, house was immaculate, lovely scenery and plenty of space outside for the kids to run about. Hottub was a great size and was a nice extra. Area was peaceful. Only thing I would say is the road to the house is quite bumpy and there are potholes, so just be careful driving down. But apart from that, it was perfect.

absolutely beautiful stay with Jo at the Yurts. super peaceful and breathtaking views. the only negative things i could say is the yurt is very dark, but you would expect this camping - so take a torch. the hottub takes a long time to heat up and you have to be pretty good firemakers to really get it roaring - it takes 3.5 hours to get it hot. the yurt has everything you could possibly need for camping - and more! the bed is so comfortable and the duvet thick to keep nice and warm. the fire in the yurt is extremely handy and keeps it warm for hours! there are no plugs at the yurt, only USBs so if you want to dry your hair for example or use a normal plug, you do need to use to communal kitchen area. all round - an amazing stay very close to everything! thank you jo xxx

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for what we needed for our trips around Snowden. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive to the base. The hot tub was a great bonus. Highly recommend

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

Claire and her family were wonderful hosts. The booking was spacious and allowed easy access to the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any.

Very comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and well heated over a chilly New Year. The welcome pack was a nice touch and useful for a short stay - thank you. Appreciated how well stocked the bathroom was. A convenient location for Llandudno centre and promenade as well as for visiting other towns in North Wales. More spacious than we expected, being on 2 levels. Hope to return.

The house was beautiful and very well located. Will definitely consider staying again but maybe in the spring/summer as we found the house a little cold in the evenings/overnight.

What a perfect stay! Jo’s place was lovely, it had everything you could need. Was quiet, peaceful, exactly as described. Jo’s guide to the place was so thorough and very helpful. We went on some lovely walks in the area - great location, can get to some really great spots without driving. Will come again :)

Very quiet and peaceful location. Well appointed flat, cosy and easy to find. Corinne was proactive in providing check in details and making sure all was OK. The fresh milk and tea coffee were much appreciated on arrival due to December weather. Great transport links into the city by bus or train. The nearby Mersey waterside is impressive and only a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Three words……. UN-BELIEVE-ABLE! From the second we booked it, Ruth’s communication was first class and her recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area were superb. Ruth and Alan were there to greet us which was a lovely touch and made myself, my wife and our 4 year old feel very welcome which was in keeping with the warm and lovely home they have created at their cottage. The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, spacious for 3 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is in a great location close by to Pontcysllte Aqueduct (which was recommended by Ruth and was an incredible day out) and Chester Zoo and many other beautiful places. Blown away, myself and my little family loved it. Stunning views, so peaceful and hosts so friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was so lovely, gorgeous decor and furniture. The bedding and pillows were so comfy too! So clean and everything was thought about. If you're thinking about booking it, do it. You won't be disappointed 🩷

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Billys Unterkunft und es war einfach herrlich! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist absolut großartig, das Gebäude mit der Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem tollen historischen Anwesen, das ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung passt sehr gut zum Ambiente des Gebäudes, bietet aber trotzdem allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Billy war super nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Städtchen Llangollen ist mit dem Auto in 5min erreichbar und ist wirklich super hübsch. Wir empfehlen auf alle Fälle einen Ausflug zum Pontcysyllte-Aquädukt. Wir haben uns dort Kanus ausgeliehen und sind drüber gepaddelt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend!

Just finished a two night stay at this fabulous cottage. we had the best time to just relax & spend time together. could dip in the pool when we wanted to or take in the beautiful views. Katherine is a great host & we hope to return to this great place of retreat for peace & serenity

An incredible cottage in an incredible Welsh landscape. Couldn’t be happier with this gem in the hills. A beautiful house, with all of the amenities we could need. A spacious living space with plenty of room for guests. Thank you to our hosts, I’m sure you’ll be seeing us again!

Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

Tracy and James are excellent hosts. clear instructions of how yo use everything. delicious breakfast menu. very friendly. they also seem to have tamed a Robin that sometimes came to visit our bed like some of kind of Disney cartoon. Phenomenal views and perfect escape to rural Wales. surrounded by nature. easy drive to Snowden and tonnes of small villages with loads of nice foody pubs. we were there for new years and were gifted a bottle of prosecco. hot tub was really warm too which was a surprise as we visited in the middle of a storm in winter. thanks Tracy and James, for a lovely stay.

Fantastic couple of nights for a birthday relaxing treat. Great to be able to book the spa and pool for 2 hours a day to have all to ourselves. Recommend the various treatments by Wida as well.
