My family stayed for a break at the start of the Easter holidays and had a fantastic time. The house was spacious and just what we needed as a base for exploring the local area. Hot tub was such a bonus. Helen was a great host, responding to any queries we had really promptly. Would highly recommend

We stayed two nights at Casblaidd. The house was spotlessly clean and the host provided excellent instructions and directions for getting to the house. We made full use of the inside and outside spaces especially the games room & hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped, good sized lounge room for eating and socialising. The host provided a lovely welcome pack. A great location for our planned activities during our stay.

This is the second time we have visited Karnak. Dianne is a fabulous host and her home is stunning. I would highly recommend a visit to Karnak. The beach is only a short walk away, and we had lunch at the wonderful Sandbar, overlooking the bay. The weather was glorious. We ventured into Snowdonia one day, for white water rafting, and visited the very quirky Portmeirion the next day. A fabulous long weekend away.

WOW.... what an amazing property. A beautiful, spacious, country kitchen, with a lovely large table for family meals, greets you as you enter the house. All three bedrooms are really quirkily decorated with very comfy beds and snuggly bedding. The comfortable lounge upstairs is a really nice change. A nice, big couch is great for 'spreading out' and relaxing. There's a TV loads of books and a log burner for cosy fires. The biggest plus for us was the hot tub in its own fully enclosed, stone building in the garden. Perfect for relaxing in after a day's walking and exploring (we did lots including up Snowdon!!!) Again, the room is decorated with loads of quirky,sea themed items along with decorative lights. The whole place is amazing. We loved our few days there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a break away. Finally, a mention for Helen. Very welcoming, but totally unobtrusive. She made sure she said hello as we arrived and waved us off as well. FANTASTIC!!!

Sarah and Jeremy were wonderful hosts - just as wonderful as the cottage itself, stunning views and welcoming village. They couldn’t have done more to make our stay more relaxed, even ensuring we had a high chair, baby utensils and a travel cot made up for our arrival, making our trip with 3 children much easier. We will definitely be visiting again and can’t wait to see Lucy the horse again either, or the beautiful (& oh so friendly sheep!) out of our windows again, which made the breathtaking views even more perfect. Thank you Sarah and Jeremy, it was just what our family needed x

We had a great time! Big family holiday, almost managed to fill every room. Everyone had a great time, just a shame we didn’t book for longer! Great hosts, very helpful and very quick at getting back to me for any concerns. Short walk onto the most scenic harbour and amazing town square. Close to a main road, but perfectly hid away in the corner from passing traffic. You wouldn’t even know the road was there. Definitely would book again! Thanks

We had an excellent stay at this gorgeous home. Big spacious rooms and lovely outdoor space with a hot tub that was used come rain or shine. Great location for walking to the beach and town and especially enjoyed the local Portugese restaurant Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to someone looking in that area.

We had great time. The Pod was a great place to stay. Hot Tub was fantastic and nice to chillout after the walks. Our dog enjoyed the walks to the beach.

Wow wow wow. That’s all I can say about Clara’s place. The lodge is around 40-50minute drive to the infamous Snowdonia Mountains and 20minutes away from the beach. Myself and my friends really enjoyed the HotTub and the smart tv where you can log in to your Netflix. Quiet and private space. Clara herself helped me with charging my EV at her charging pod. 10/10 place to have a memorable trip to the North Of Wales.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the pod was beautifully kept. Everything was clean and we were provided with everything we needed. The photos do not do the pod justice, the views were absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. We can’t wait to return.

This was just absolutely lovely - a wee hideaway with a hot-tub under the stars, set in a wooded valley filled with spring flowers. There's a short trek up to the cabin, which is set slightly beyond the cottage and other cabin on site, looking out over the hillside. The cabin is bright and well-equipped, with a small but entirely adequate kitchen, a good shower, and even a film projector and screen. There were considerate touches throughout - clear instructions for the hot-tub and barbeque, walking maps of the area, outdoor towels, a cart to help move luggage up the track. Lindsay was both very helpful and very happy to give us space. I really cannot recommend this highly enough, one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Had an enjoyable stay despite the unexpected medical emergency we had to work round that meant our planned break didn’t quite go to plan. We’ll definitely be coming back though to have another attempt at our break and will stay here again :-)

Had a lovely stay here for a valentines weekend! Lovely space and lovely hot tub! Sara even put roses on the bed in the shape of a heart for us! 10/10 recommend!

We had a lovely time at Silvergate Lodges. Beautiful, warm, alpine style lodges set in stunning surroundings. It was absolutely perfect for our little family and dog. Liz and Chris were the perfect hosts and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough, and we will be booking again soon!
