Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, bright, and nestled in a beautiful tropical garden that felt like our own private paradise. The bed was super comfy, and the quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of neighborhood markets and restaurants. The property felt very secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Shari was warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful, even taking us to the grocery store to help us settle in. She was present and available whenever needed but never intrusive and we loved that her dog would come and spend time with us :) We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone! We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had an amazing three-night stay at this condo and absolutely fell in love with it! The location in Zona Romántica is unbeatable—everything you need is just a quick, enjoyable walk away. The showstopper has to be the rooftop pool. It’s absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? You can order food and drinks while you soak in the views. We spent an entire day up there, and it was pure paradise. The condo itself is sleek, modern, and spotless—truly a home away from home. The only thing to mention is that it’s on the second floor, so there’s some street noise in the living room. The bedroom, however, is totally peaceful. It didn’t bother us at all, but if you need complete silence, this might not be the spot for you. Andres, our host, went above and beyond. We were greeted with delicious margaritas and fresh guacamole—such a fantastic touch! He even helped us book relaxing massages, making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to book this condo again on our next trip

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Excellent hosts. Great location for my need. Easy to cross "main drag" to enjoy beach and restraunts in "downtown" Bucerias......loved the charm of being in area where I was amid the locals. Always felt safe. Charming place. Easy to get transportation. Surely would stay here again.

Un excelente lugar, muy bonito, privado, es ideal para descansar, los demás departamentos estuvieron reservados por personas muy tranquilas. El tener acceso al restaurante del lugar mientras conoces Bucerías te ayuda muchísimo! El departamento está súper equipado, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario pensado en vivir ahí por un tiempo prolongado. Está muy cerca de la playa y cerca de supermercados. Te dan los mejores consejos y recomendaciones del lugar. Te prestan sombrillas, toallas y sillas de playa para que tu estadía sea lo más fácil posible! Nos quedamos con nuestra mascota y un bebé. Gracias a Tom y Felipe por ser grandes anfitriones !

No words can describe "La Casa Redonda. House had more than enough bedrooms/beds for all our party of 11. The garden, palapa, pool, jacuzzi and the outdoor dining area, it was all great. 11 out of 10 stars, We WILL book again for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta, only this time it will be for a longer stay. Thanks to all the staff that made our experience at The Casa Redonda a unforgettable one.

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

I only hesitate to write this review because I'm afraid that too many positive reviews would make this place impossible for me to stay at in the future. The house is truly gorgeous. It is nicer than the pictures. We really didn't want to leave. The house has such a cool design and is really well laid out. There isn't a much better feeling than barbecuing on the rooftop in the morning, hopping into the backyard pool after eating, heading to the beach club in the afternoon, and hanging out in the comfy living room after a nice dinner. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach club (downhill there and uphill back). The pools there are beautiful and the staff is friendly. It is quiet, so don't expect a party atmosphere. Juanita was exceptional, responding quickly and was very friendly. The pool was cleaned at least once during our stay. Checkout was simple and flexible. I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. My whole family says they wish they were still there.

This is our second stay at Avida and our new favorite condo there! Everything was fantastic, nice working A/C, pristine furniture and design, secure space + building, nice appliances + TVs in each room. Every day we made friends on the rooftop. In the winter, Avida’s rooftop gets some of the best sun of all rooftops. Wonderful bed (the second bed is Murphy bed in living room, but there are 2 bathrooms). The WiFi does not work well in the bedroom. Will stay again!

Wow! This place exceeded all of our expectations. Sometimes it's hard not to gush when everything is near perfection. This was our second time in this complex but the first time in this new space. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views and the luxurious feel of the residence. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. Sebastian and Alejandra were very helpful during our stay. We received top-notch service from our check in to our check out. They even held our bags for us because we were a few hours early for our check-in time. The room was just as described with amazing sunset views. It had everything we needed and there was an abundance of towels to use. The best thing is, they are incredibly responsive (quick) and made sure everything was provided for a stress-free stay. This was one of the best vacations we have had by far, and we can’t wait to come back!

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

We arrived at Roger’s apartment and it was just as described. We were very comfortable, and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable. We had a great time eating the local food. Highly recommend this place! Host was terrific! Thank you!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.
