had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

We arrived an hour early and Philippe was around to let us in to the villa, the villa is exactly as described very clean and modern with a nice terrace and pool. Local bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. A great base to explore the costa blanca area. I would consider using this place again. Thank you Philippe

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Definitely a place that’s worth a visit. It was great especially with the heated pool. Great recommendations and a very accommodating host.

Great place—very clean and warm. We felt at home, not like in a hotel or anything. The only downside was the checkout situation. The landlord messaged me afterward, accusing me of checking out late, which wasn’t true. That shouldn’t happen at all—it was frustrating. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to justify myself. The checkout policy seems very strict.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

This apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. A 10 minute stroll to the beach. Apartment is modern, was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Just back from a lovely stay at this apartment. Lovely complex, beautiful pool and gardens ( which the apartment directly overlooks) Great central location to access many lovely restaurants/ bars, the fantastic Saturday weekly market, and walkable distance to many lovely beaches. The host was so helpful with any questions right from start of booking, and as apartment was not occupied the day before our arrival, was more than happy to let us check in hours earlier than normal check in time. We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

This is our second stay at Daniel’s fabulous apartment on the fantastic La Torre Golf resort. The apartment is in a great position, it’s an easy stroll to the town centre where there are many restaurants and bars and it’s also not far from the really well stocked Spar shop also on the resort. The apartment is really comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, it’s nicely furnished and everything works. The icing on the cake is the outside area, with a jacuzzi and an open area with sun loungers and a covered over shady area where you can sit and relax and eat a meal whatever the weather. The pool is one of many on the resort and although it was too cold to swim as it was December the pool was immaculately clean and we saw pool maintenance taking place regularly. Daniel is a very responsive host, we’ve found him to reply very quickly. We will definitely be back to stay at this superb apartment when we come back to the area.

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. The house was clean and well stocked with a lovely welcome pack. Ten minute walk to restaurants and local driving to the Mar Menor. The fourth bedroom and second bathroom is only accessible from an external staircase which didn't work for us with two mums and two children but would be fantastic for a different mix of guests. We would be happy to return again as we everything was fabulous

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Our family of three enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay. Our 6 year old son adored roaming around the large outdoors and feeding the chickens and turkeys. There was plenty to occupy us, hammocks and a ping pong table and we even managed the pool though chilly. The property has everything you may need, is close to supermarkets and it's really easy to drive around. Gines was really helpful and lovely, we used the translation function on our phones. A folder in multiple languages has suggestions on things to do. We plan to book a longer trip next year, just hanging out in the outdoor area was so tranquil we can't wait to come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , l'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité ainsi que pour leur réaction rapide à notre demande. Le petit moins est que le box du parking en sous-sol est trop étroit et il est très délicat de se parquer dans le box pour les voitures modernes, mais il y a beaucoup de places de parking à l'extérieur Luc et Patricia CAPITAINE,

Vi kjenner MMGR godt i fra tidligere opphold, men det var 5år siden sist. Det er er ett hyggelig, velstelt og trygt sted for store og små. Hadde vi noen spørsmål så svarte verten veldig raskt-og ting løste seg på en fin måte. En hyggelig vert på ett fint og hyggelig sted.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

Fantastic host, great communication, very attentive and helpful with any requests. I arrived in the area earlier and was thankfully able to leave my luggage at the property before check in so that I could explore. The apartment was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach to watch the sunrise. Muchas gracias, σευχαριστω πολύ!

Logement vraiment très propre et conforme aux photos et à la description. Endroit très calme avec deux terrasses. Endroit très bien équipé avec des petites attentions très agréables à notre arrivée de la part de notre hôte (eau fraîche, coca et bières). Facilite pour se garer (place en face de la maison) et proche de grands magasins alimentaires. Camélia est vraiment très gentille et donne de très bonnes recommandations. Endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Zina was an excellent host. The apartment was as described and apart from a few issues with the car parking access, which were sorted, and no bowl or plug in the kitchen sink, everything was fine. The only issues we had were the number of steps to the flat, more than a few and quite narrow, and the lack of lighting at night in the pathway to the flat.
