Asunto oli todella siisti ja kodikas. Asunnolta oli helppo kulkea rannalle, Habanerakseen ja keskustaan. Kommunikointi sujui hyvin ja omistaja toimitti meille uuden paahtimen ja imurin kun vanhat eivät toimineet. Ainoa asia mitä jäimme kaipaamaan oli säilytystila. Olimme asunnossa kuukauden ja olisimme toivoneet lisää tyhjiä kaappeja tavaroille.

We really enjoyed our stay. A well situated apartment in a quiet area of Spain, within easy access of beautiful beaches and local amenities. The apartment is kept beautifully with lots of little extras. We really enjoyed the seating area out front especially in the warm afternoons and evenings. The communal pool area is generally occupied by fellow owners, it is busy on the weekend but on a few occasions during the week we had it to ourselves! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy quality family time x

L'appartamento è cosi come viene descritto. La zona è ottima perchè si può raggiungere tante spiagge. Noi siamo arrivati tardi e i loro genitori ci hanno dato le chiavi. Sono gentilissimi. Raccomando questo appartamento. Per fare la spesa hai Mercadona, Lidl e Aldi e 2 negozi dei cinesi se vi manca qualcosa per la spiaggia.

Mejor de que nos esperamos. El piso muy limpio, tenía todo los necesarios, buena ubicación , la anfitriona muy amable, muy buena comunicación. Todo perfecto. Y lo mejor de todo la fantástica vista al mar. Muchas gracias Mercedes, seguro volveremos

merci Jan nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec les enfants l'appartement était propre nickel rien à dire la piscine était à deux pas et la plage à 6 minutes en voiture à refaire et je n'oublie pas Sarah qui nous a remis les clés très gentil👍

Mitten im Städtchen und doch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Garage direkt im Haus ist ein weiteres Plus. Für den Aufenthalt in Los Alcazares bestens zu empfehlen.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Definitely a place that’s worth a visit. It was great especially with the heated pool. Great recommendations and a very accommodating host.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our check-in, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. They were also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, making the process smooth and stress-free. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making our stay truly enjoyable. There are supermarkets available at walkable distance for people who don't drive will be helpful. There are plenty of beaches around too. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

We had the most incredible 5-day stay at this beautiful villa From the moment we booked, Nikolina was an absolute gem. Handing the keys back to Phil at the end of our stay was bittersweet because we truly didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate, extremely clean and stylishly decorated. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from towels and beach towels to a kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, plate, and glass. Even the little things that are often missing in rental properties, like chopping boards and other essentials, were there! The layout of the villa was fantastic, with plenty of space and lots of light, shutters on all the windows allowed us to block out both heat and light. The outdoor area was fab, with a fully loaded outdoor bar/kitchen & BBQ . There was ample space to sun bath next to the private pool. we chose this villa for peace and quiet it totally delivered! Service was first class too!

Ginés est très serviable, attentionné et accueillant. L'appartement a une vue imprenable, encore plus que sur les photos. D'une propreté impeccable l'appartement de Ginés est très confortable. C'est simple, envie de revenir ici. Marijke

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

Es el segundo verano que vamos a casa de Bjørn, nos encanta! Es un perfecto anfitrión, pendiente de todo, muy amable y dispuesto. Es un 10!top!

This was the perfect place to spend a week for scuba diving in Cabo de Palos. It is a short walk from the harbour for the dive centres and restaurants, as well as the beaches and lighthouse. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and utilsils so it's also possible to cook in the apartment. Everything was left clean so I had no problems using any of the kitchen equipment, bathroom, linen etc. it's clear Miguel keeps the apartment nicely. I hope to use the apartment again when I am next back for diving.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Très bel appartement, bien décoré, pratique et moderne dans une résidence propre et calme, avec une salle de sport très pratique, par contre une machine à café avec dosettes et une cafetière plus moderne serait apprécié. La piscine très agréable et transat disponible. Le système de climatisation centrale est à revoir car une des chambres est beaucoup trop froide et n’a pas pu être utilisé. Dommage que nous n’avions qu’une seule clé de l’appartement. Une voiture est obligatoire car l’accès à la plage est trop en pente pour le retour, aucun commerce à proximité à pieds, ni de transport en commun. Dernier point, un grand merci à Darragh pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, une hôte très disponible ! Nous avons passé de belles vacances et la région est très agréable !
