Alejandro y Solange son excelentes anfitriones y personas!. Atentos en cada detalle para que nuestra estadía desde el primer momento sea como en casa. Muy comunicativos y cordiales. Realmente gracias por hacernos sentir bien! Muy recomendable el lugar por la comodidad del departamento y del edificio, por la seguridad y la cercanía a espacios recreativos y gastronómicos. gracias!!

Michaels place as described. Michael was awesome with help and communication. I had planned to work down there but parted ways with my job in Dec so I had to make other plans quickly. The security was great. I used the pool a lot for swimming laps. If you are a workout nut, like I am. there is a Barry's like fitness studio next door and I went to a good gym about 5 minutes away. Hollywood Palermo is a great location for food and walking. Other tips, use Western Union to wire yourself money. ATMs don't work and prices marked up 20% with credit card. Michael will give same advise. Use Uber and not taxis, the only two times where I got had. BA is beautiful and friendly. Definitely know some español or have Google translate on hand. Overall an amazing adventure. XO

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

I just completed my second stay of about 3 weeks each in Laura's place, so I obviously feel comfortable, there. This time, I had a chance to meet and get to know Laura, which a bonus. She is a very responsive, attentive, and kind host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well-ordered, and had everything I needed. It's situated in front of a small park, above the trees, so the view is green, open, with a large expanse of sky overhead. The street is one block long, so there is no through traffic. No traffic noise, no buses. You do hear noise from the children's park during the day, but it's welcome noise. The location is one of the main reasons why I choose the apartment. It's at the edge of Recoleta with buses, metro, and ample taxis all one block away, and easy walking access to Palermo, Microcentro, as well as Recoleta. I look forward to my next visit.

Muy amable Daniel, súper dispuesto y nos recibió antes del horario pautado sin problemas, muy predispuesto a colaborar con lo que pidiéramos. Todo muy recomendable

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

This is the most elegant home available in Buenos Aires. At 100 years old, Caroles "house like" apartment is elegant, cozy, fully renovated, decorated and more spacious than photos can convey. After searching every AIRBNB apartment in the city, my fiancé and I can officially state that it is the only "truly classy up-scale rental " available. in town. With beautiful 14' ceilings in the living, dining, and master bedroom you and your friends will be transported to a royal past of sophistication and ease, located the center of BA, it's a safe, walkable neighborhood teaming with pedestrian life at all hours of the day and evening. You are close to everything, restaurants and even a very fancy mall. The size and quality of her renovated, light filled kitchen is truly rare in Buenos Aires. We considered an apartment with a view. Don't. An unloved, sparsely decorated box is too big a sacrifice for this GEM!

A estadia foi perfeita! A casa é muito grande e aconchegante, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Colchões dos quartos confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. A casa é bem arejada e limpa. Ficamos encantados com o pátio, muito lindo. Recomendo muito a casa da Roxana. Ótima para grandes grupos. A localização é boa, perto de uma avenida. Mercado, padaria, pizzaria… tudo próximo. O check in foi flexível com o Martin. Muito querido ele. Adoramos tudo!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

Graciela y Marta muy amables desde un principio, siempre atentas. La casa es mas linda que en las fotos, super amplia y cómoda, todo impecable y limpio. Esta completa y con seguridad para niños. La pileta y el parque enormes e increíbles, fue ideal para disfrutar el fin de semana. Una de las cosas mas lindas es la mesa de madera debajo del arbol. La parrila espectacular. Un detalle muy lindo la torta de bienvenida al llegar. Fue un placer pasar la estadia con amigas. Vamos a volver.

I stayed here for a month while working remotely and exploring Buenos Aires — overall a great experience. The location is unbeatable: cafés, restaurants, and gyms all around. The apartment is quiet, facing the inner courtyard with the pool (no street noise), and full of natural light, with a lovely terrace, fast Wi-Fi, and a big bathroom. The building has a nice community vibe, I met other digital nomads by the pool and made friends. The pool itself is amazing for hot summer days. When I arrived, the floor and some furniture were sticky, but after I asked, they came and cleaned again right away. The host and staff were always responsive — even replaced a broken power strip quickly. Cons: The kitchen isn’t well equipped for long stays (missing basics like a good pan or veggie peeler). And while the laundry service is convenient, some of my white clothes came back stained. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a calm, well-located spot to stay in Buenos Aires.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто
