Honestly, such an amazing long weekend away! The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up each morning to rolling hills and peaceful landscapes felt like a dream. The home itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the hot tub was delightful! Thank you to Claire for hosting me an my friends! She was so welcoming and kind, offering great local tips and going out of their way to ensure we felt at home. You can really tell they care about their guests having the best stay possible. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning scenery and a genuinely lovely host, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House over the weekend. The house was huge and the view of the water was stunning. All the little details had been thought of and the place was spotless. A great quiet and peaceful location to base yourself when exploring Skye with supermarkets and great cafes nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings! From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed and more. Ian was an excellent host, ensuring we had a wonderful few days. The homemade scones to welcome us were the icing on the cake!

Nice place for a few days. Close to town centre but far enough away. Had to give Scott a shout for a couple of questions and ge came straight back to me and was very helpful. Top guy book with confidence.

Amazing home from home house with the added bonus of a hot tub and a pool table to help unwind. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook for large numbers.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The host really thought of everything—like having water bottles and blankets by the fire, plus all the little extras like toiletries and a hairdryer. It’s those small touches that really make a difference. The garden room was spotless, and the scenery around was gorgeous. Even though there are three other hideaways nearby, you wouldn’t even notice because it felt super private. The honesty hut was a nice bonus too, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. We can’t say enough good things about our stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Fantastic place for any occasion - House was very spacious, decorated very nicely and the pool in the garage was amazing, plus the outdoor hot tub was lovely! Thanks for having us - highly recommend staying here 🙂

Spent a lovely time over Christmas... nice walk to the town along a promenade type path (dog loved the pebbled beach). Great views over the water, lovely big dining table for us all to get together for dinner, enough space for us all to do our different things ...and enjoyed a couple of dips in the hot tub at the end of a fun day! Didn't travel too much around the area, but Dunoon itself was nice and took a walk round nearby puck's glen which was worth the visit if you like country walks All in all, great place to stay Thanks Cam

Had an excellent stay here for my sisters 40th birthday. Great location and very close to Balloch for food, drinks and a walk. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful property in amazing surroundings. Anything you could wish for this property has covered. All the small details have been thought of and more. If you wanted a dream home looking upon the mountains in the UK this would be it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house - we had a group of us stay over new year and it was perfect. Huge social areas with a perfect kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Alan was so helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent stay in lovely house. Plenty of space and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Great location, quiet, nice view of Loch Tay. Hosts very friendly and really quick in response to any questions. Would recommend and stay again myself.

We had everything we needed during our stay! What stood out for us was the location with beautiful views and lots places to walk and cycle. We felt very relaxed after using the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at this place if you would like to visit the Queen Elizabeth forest.

Really enjoyed my short stay here. Host was more than attentive to our needs. I would 100% stay again. The views were unmatched, beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what was needed. Very close to all the activities we wanted to do in the area as well so it was a perfect stay. I wasn’t a massive fan of the electric cooker but I have gas at home and am used to that so probably just me not fault of the host or the property. All in all 5 star 10/10.

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

I brought my kayak and used it on the loch with friends. Just a few steps away from the lodge which was so handy. The hot tub was luxury and absolutely spotless. Loved every minute with my best friends.

we had a perfect stay at the woodcock lodge. The visitor information was extremely useful and both Ross and Dianne were extremely friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at The Black Cabin! It’s beautifully fitted and decorated, as well as being comfortable and providing anything you could need. In an amazing location that’s well linked, but also really private and tucked away. The hot tub is really lovely and has an excellent view! Also, Rowan was a great host, really helpful and friendly - even managing to arrange a last minute early check in for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

The cabin is a lovely location for a peaceful holiday in the countryside. The views are stunning and the walks around the site are very good. The hot tub was a nice feature, and we used it a few times while we were there.
