Lorraine’s flat was sparkling clean, incredibly well appointed and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the centre of Oban , with parking! A great stay - thank you!

This is a brilliant situated place with great location to town centre and everything else that Fort William has to offer. Will definitely book this again also very clean. We are looking to book something for the next couple of months and would have loved to have gotten this place.

David's place was fantastic and he was a wonderful host. The place was spotless and the building itself is great! Private and quiet even while on a main road. There was some wind noise from the storm that rolled through but even that was quite cool. Spacious and well appointed, felt right at home. David met us himself to drop off the key, let us into the building and show us the ropes the first time. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having read the review just before mine from a week ago, I was quite concerned about what we would be walking into, but I cannot fathom that the person stayed at the same place I and my friends did. There was no smell in the hallway except for once and it was clear one of the neighbors was cooking something. He explained the quirk with the water (it needs to be reset after so much time or so much water running, it was no big deal even with three adults in the flat). The place was immaculately clean. I would happily stay here again.

Hi, I don’t usually leave reviews but we had a fabulous stay here, host was very helpful. The location was brilliant for what we needed, lovely setting to be able to walk to the harbour. Got the bus into Glasgow city centre which was so easy to use and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We felt at home here and felt very comfortable, would definitely recommend if we are ever coming to Glasgow again we know where to stay next time. Thank you so much x

Spotlessly clean, incredible view, superb location! You will not regret staying here. It’s small, but perfectly adequate for two people. Everything in the place is solid, quality and local. Plenty of outlets and most have usb ports in them and the WiFi was decent. The location is perfect. It’s absolutely quiet. We visited in early April, so not peak tourist season, but it seems that the area isn’t nearly as overrun with people as Portree. And it’s actually a better starting point for exploring the isle as you can avoid the busier routes from here.

Lovely apartment. Amazing view from the living room, watching the little ferry go back and forth to Cumbrae and the beautiful sky as the sun sets. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Lovely flat, very nicely decorated, with loads of space. it had a sense of grandeur. Well positioned for Oban facilities, port and short walk to supermarkets. Robert was a very welcoming host.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House over the weekend. The house was huge and the view of the water was stunning. All the little details had been thought of and the place was spotless. A great quiet and peaceful location to base yourself when exploring Skye with supermarkets and great cafes nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Excellent spot! We found it to be the perfect home base for exploring Glencoe and Isle of Syke. The photos don’t do it justice! The view of the castle is such a fun treat <3

Stunning house in a stunning location. Top quality furnishings and equipment in the house. Really spacious and a lovely big balcony looking over the Loch. Kim was extremely helpful and very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend.

If i could give 10* I would, fabulous house and host, I couldn't think of one thing that wasn't right! Kay was an amazing host, so thoughtful with many extra touches. Would highly rate Rivermill House at Drumnadrochit!

If you are looking for off-the-beaten-track luxury with incredible wildlife, views of beautiful Loch Etive and the surrounding mountains which are second to none - then this is the place for you! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay here and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this Air BnB and we would love to visit again. Note: we were thankful to find teabags and coffee - but bring your own milk. ;)

Excellent stay for 4 of us, spacious and catered for all our needs with every amenity, close to the harbour and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms and bedding were fresh and clean as was the kitchen and bathrooms , we couldn’t fault it. Parking was on the roadside and required some manoeuvring to get the vehicles clear from any passing traffic but they were clearly visible from the house for security

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. Loved our few days in Dunoon- what a lovely little place to have as a base. On arrival Paddy had freshly baked bread for us- very kind and delicious too. Easy to find. We had lovely morning runs along by the water- beautiful location. We didn’t really go into Dunoon but did have a lovely takeaway one night as a treat. We had a cycle from Otter Ferry, one day we went to Bute and cycled round and today we’ve been at Benmore Gardens and enjoyed a late breakfast followed by a lovely walk up Beinn Mohr. Paddy, thank you. Thoroughly enjoyed our wee visit and would love to return. The accommodation was perfect for us as a place to lay our heads after a day out. Netflix was lovely too!

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time ☺️ The flat is very close by to local transport and grocery shops, and has a private parking space. The flat is spacious, clean, and easily accessible via stairs or lift with a large lounge / kitchen which was perfect. The host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. They very kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour over checkout time due to clocks moving forward! Would highly recommend staying

Can’t beat the location for access to grocery stores, the trains, subways and things to do. I really like the basket of guide books. Very helpful.

Louise was very helpful and quick to respond. We had such a lovely stay so much so we have already booked a return visit. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house warm comfortable and cosy. The lounge was the only area we felt needed updating, the sofas were well past their sell by date and quite shabby. The furniture in that room on the whole was tired. It did not deter from our enjoyment. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. and Louise had very kindly left us a welcome gift. We used the local taxi service to travel about and they were very reliable. As said previously we are returning and would highly recommend. Thank you Louise x

We had a great stay at Jenny's place. The place is conveniently located, has wonderful views, and close to Fort Williams and all the hikes in the area. I'd also like to note that the kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Thank you, Jenny!

great place to stay 2 night during our bike packing trip. Fantastic host very responsive and helpful. great location close to the shops and able to store our bikes and kit safely. Room was warm, extremely clean and very welcoming 😀😀

Had a lovely stay in Oban. Tons of restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and looked great. Beautiful kitchen and well stocked if you decide to cook instead of visiting the restaurants if necessary. Walk up the flights of stairs to get in wouldn’t be good for someone with mobility issues. But once inside it was very cozy and great base for any adventures.

The apartment is beautiful and it's extremely spacious. Just a short walk from the centre of town, but at the same time a very peaceful location. The accomodation is well equipped, tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and the communication from the host was excellent. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home, it was perfect for our needs and I would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again, as we visit Bute often.
