David's place was fantastic and he was a wonderful host. The place was spotless and the building itself is great! Private and quiet even while on a main road. There was some wind noise from the storm that rolled through but even that was quite cool. Spacious and well appointed, felt right at home. David met us himself to drop off the key, let us into the building and show us the ropes the first time. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having read the review just before mine from a week ago, I was quite concerned about what we would be walking into, but I cannot fathom that the person stayed at the same place I and my friends did. There was no smell in the hallway except for once and it was clear one of the neighbors was cooking something. He explained the quirk with the water (it needs to be reset after so much time or so much water running, it was no big deal even with three adults in the flat). The place was immaculately clean. I would happily stay here again.

Hi, I don’t usually leave reviews but we had a fabulous stay here, host was very helpful. The location was brilliant for what we needed, lovely setting to be able to walk to the harbour. Got the bus into Glasgow city centre which was so easy to use and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We felt at home here and felt very comfortable, would definitely recommend if we are ever coming to Glasgow again we know where to stay next time. Thank you so much x

Lovely apartment. Amazing view from the living room, watching the little ferry go back and forth to Cumbrae and the beautiful sky as the sun sets. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Lovely flat, very nicely decorated, with loads of space. it had a sense of grandeur. Well positioned for Oban facilities, port and short walk to supermarkets. Robert was a very welcoming host.

Fantastic accommodation to stay in Oban and the view's are amazing. Perfect location with just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants you need. We have been to Oban before but staying at Gillian's place and with the AMAZING weather we had, we have wonderful memories of our stay. Thankyou Gillian

This comfortable rest is finished to a high standard! The decorations are pretty and the beds comfortable. We loved walking about town to see the river and the standing stones. I would not hesitate to come and stay again for longer to walk the hillsides.

I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Prachtig huisje, van alles voorzien. Wij waren met twee stellen, twee badkamers waren geweldig! Er is meer dan voldoende capaciteit in de keuken en de kamer is erg gezellig. Aberfeldy is een prachtig, rustig dorp met prima voorzieningen en leuke restaurants. Prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Brian was a fantastic host with an absolutely stunning property! The surrounding area is scenic and the property well stocked with everything you could need. We had an issue with extreme weather during our trip, but Brian was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping to sort everything out quickly. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed a lovely two night break with my husband, 3 year old and 5 month old. Place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the electrics in the back bedroom when we first arrived, however Kim was very responsive and managed to sort an electrician early next morning to fix it. Beautiful surroundings, highly recommend!

If you are looking for off-the-beaten-track luxury with incredible wildlife, views of beautiful Loch Etive and the surrounding mountains which are second to none - then this is the place for you! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay here and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this Air BnB and we would love to visit again. Note: we were thankful to find teabags and coffee - but bring your own milk. ;)

Michelle was an excellent host. Suggested lots of places to visit and things to do before our trip started. We went Ceildh dancing at The View on her recommendation. She also told us about the firework display and the best place to view it.

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. Wow...what a lovely weekend we've just had. John & Fran were excellent hosts right from the start and thank them for all the communication and very friendly manner and nice little touches around the flat. The flat itself was just perfect. The photos don't do it justice. There were 5 adults staying for two nights and it was just brilliant for what we needed. Didn't feel that we were living on top of one another. It was like a home from home, with everything that you could think of at hand. Everything was spotless and clean. Beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Bedrooms were really spacious. The views that you get are just outstanding looking over to Arran and was lovely to watch the sunsets at night. Just across the road from the beach where we had a few lovely walks. Can't recommend the property enough and we will definitely be returning at some point. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This place was perfect to stay at for walking the hills nearby. The lochside garden was beautiful to sit and relax at as the sunset. Very easy to walk to nearby pubs and a little shop. Details to get to the place we're spot on and really helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again

Louise was very helpful and quick to respond. We had such a lovely stay so much so we have already booked a return visit. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house warm comfortable and cosy. The lounge was the only area we felt needed updating, the sofas were well past their sell by date and quite shabby. The furniture in that room on the whole was tired. It did not deter from our enjoyment. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and more. and Louise had very kindly left us a welcome gift. We used the local taxi service to travel about and they were very reliable. As said previously we are returning and would highly recommend. Thank you Louise x

What a perfect find!! We were looking for a quiet spot to get away from it all for a couple of nights. The Old Post Office could not have fit the bill any better. From the start, Vince was exceptionally proactive with clear communication and instructions. On arrival, everything was exactly as expected.. Spotlessly clean and pristine throughout. Extremely well appointed with lots of lovely touches by Vince and Nicole. Plenty of snacks, biscuits and porridge pots to keep us going for our stay!! We were blessed with amazing weather - the beach was literally 10m from the front door with incredible views across the water to the Holy Loch, Dunoon and Gourock. Sunsets in Cove are beautiful and we were able to enjoy them fully, sat on the perfect little bench at the front of the apartment. Absolutely no complaints and we would thoroughly recommend others to try it out. PS: There’s a little shop only 30m up the road that does amazing ice cream!! Enjoy!!😊

Had a lovely stay in Oban. Tons of restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and looked great. Beautiful kitchen and well stocked if you decide to cook instead of visiting the restaurants if necessary. Walk up the flights of stairs to get in wouldn’t be good for someone with mobility issues. But once inside it was very cozy and great base for any adventures.
