Renovated to a high standard with modern amenities like super fast WiFi and under floor heating, yet still retaining original features such as deep oak window sills and wood burning stove. It is a scenic, peaceful retreat for up to two people. Arrivain Cottage sits in stunning scenery near the boundaries of Loch Lomond National Park, Perthshire & Argyll & Bute, making it the perfect base for visiting many beautiful areas of Scotland.

Lochside Cottage

Lochside Cottage has stunning loch views, is pet-friendly, has new satellite internet in Jan 2024 and a wood-burning stove. It sleeps 8 (+2 ) with all bed linen/towels provided. It is a beautiful rural location, surrounded by forests and mountains, with various shops and attractions available within a hour's drive. Lochside Cottage is near many different lochs, woodland walks, and mountains, which all have their own character. It is very quiet and peaceful, and is an ideal waterside retreat.

Located 10 minutes taxi drive from Glasgow airport. National Cycle path close by and mountain biking tracks on the Old Kilpatrick Hills near by.

Luss village is just a short 5 minute walk with renowned places to eat and drink, the unique island of Inchmurrin is just a quick boat trip away. Property has 1 super king size bed, open plan fully kitted kitchen/ living room, smart tv, log burner, Wifi, underfloor heating, shower, bath, washing machine, linen, towels.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.
