This was our first experience with Airbnb, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The cottage was meticulously clean, spacious, and equipped with all essential amenities. As a family of four, we appreciated the ample space and the prime location in close proximity to local attractions. Our children had a wonderful time. Tracy was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for activities and points of interest. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful cottage situated in a picturesque part of Scotland. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Fantastic place. We absolutely loved the location and the house, it was perfect for our family. The place was spotless, the furniture and decor are beautiful and the children loved the toys. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

Out familybof four spent 6 days at Anna and Al's place. It was clean, tidy and well supplied with everything we needed. Good wifi and decent sized TV as well. A minor issue with how the shower worked was promptly attended to, and in person, which was appreciated. The apartment is ideally located, close enough to walk to town from, yet far enough away to be nice and quiet. For us..perfect. One observation, on foot the gradient back to the apartment from town is steep if you take the sortest route, but hey. You are in the Highlands :-). I will book this apartment again when we come back to the Highlands, to explore some of the islands. Thanks to our hosts.

Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

The Nissen hut is a perfect place to unwind and relax. There is lots to see and do, and we came across lots of hidden places that we didn’t even know existed. Highly recommend going to Tarbat point, and to Shandwick beach. Charlotte has created a little gem of a place for a getaway at the Nissen hut. Very comfortable with the log fire burning to create a warm atmosphere. Brilliant to find a place that didn’t have a TV, as this creates a great place to sit and play scrabble, read a book, or listen to the radio and switch off. The hut has great wi-fi so not totally cut-off. I will recommend the Nissen hut to other people I know as they should experience a stay there.

Amazing space to stay for our trip!! The photos only give a hint at the incredible setting and landscape. Perfect for our family stay and there was nothing that could have been improved. Thank you for making us feel welcome and providing such a great base for us to explore the Highlands. Hope to revisit in the future.

Woweeeeee! Where do I start? From the second we approached, we knew we were in for something special. Met by the magnificent Mimi before we'd even parked, ready to welcome us with a flourish and fanfare for our arrival, it was love at first sight, for both the castle and Mimi! Bridge Cottage is oozing with charm and character, is so warm and cozy, packed with luxury textiles, unique furniture and quirky touches, smells of gorgeous wood smoke, much to our taste and delight. Mimi really allowed us to feel utterly at home (I wish it was!) and was so generous throughout. I can't remember the last time I felt so happy 😊. We decided to delight in our home and host throughout, feeling no need to venture anywhere else. We were already in heaven. I think this is one of the best holidays I have ever enjoyed. I have made a promise to return to write my book..... though I suspect I am far more likely to be laughing and exchanging excited chatter with Mimi, than putting pen to paper! Xxx

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

Absolutely stunning property, extremely well kept and in keeping with the environment. The hosts were outstanding and dealt with an issues promptly and efficiently and made sure to check all was well throughout! Will definitely be back!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

A lovely, modern, well-designed environmentally sensitive building with three en-suite rooms opening on to a spacious living/kitchen area. Great views up towards Ben Nevis. Being about mid-way on the island exploring north and south on foot is easy. Wonderfully near the only shop and the community centre cafe and museum. Food at the cafe is punching above its weight for a small island with a great menu. Clare has an organic kitchen garden which can provide fresh veg if available plus eggs from the chickens.

Had a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Morven's caravan. The accommodation was spotless and Morven's communication was helpful and proactive throughout. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit the area. Many thanks.

Great stay to explore the north of Scotland. House was so clean it seemed we were the first tennants.

This was a great place to stay. Perfect for a get together of small group. Was clean and well maintained. We faced some issue with the heating but host responded on time and tried to fix it. Apart from this we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Robert.

We had a lovely time in Aviemore. The property was as described on the site and is in a quiet area but within walking distance to town Carol was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. I would highly recommend the property and visit again.

Stayed with Elizabeth for a couple of days due to a hospital appointment in Inverness. Elizabeth's place was perfect! just 20 minutes from Inverness centre, but super peaceful in gorgeous grounds...with an amazing collection of rare breed chickens and geece and Bengal kittens. Elizabeth clearly wants her guests to have the best stay and goes above and beyond to make that happen. Certain we will be back 😊

Fantastic location as base to explore the Cairngorms. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket in the town main street. Lovely caravan with everything you'd need for a family holiday. 5 stars overall!

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!

Came here for a couple of days hill walking. The Old Checkpoint has everything you need in a great location. Lovely views. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Barry was welcoming without being intrusive. (If you get the chance, pop down to the Midge Bite for a wee treat while you're here. Delish).

We greatly enjoyed staying at Donald and Libby's who made us feel very welcome. They are a warm, caring and considerate couple who couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable! Donald's homemade bread and jam were really appreciated! As well as the bagpipe and guitar ! The house is large and very light, replete with all the necessary utensils to cater for large parties. The bedrooms are light and all have comfortable beds! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your lovely former home. We'll be back!
