Absolutely beautiful stay in Dalavich. The views from the dining room and hot tub were next level. George was extremely helpful with all recommendations and there is a helpful manual in the property on things to do around. Having a car is vital and make sure to do a shop before getting to the property but the village shop allowed us to pick up some bits we ran out of which was a bonus. Could not recommend more and will definitely be back!

Wonderful house for our family weekend with our 2 sons and their families . Immaculate , spacious, light , very well equipped house . Lots of spacious rooms with amazing sound system and cinema screen and lots of tvs . Spacious, well equipped kitchen and large dining table . Kristian was extremely helpful and prompt to respond to small queries . We are very familiar with and fond of North Berwick but advice was readily available if we had required it . Cannot praise this house highly enough . Hope to be able to visit again . Many thanks Kristian and to your brother .

Claire’s cottage was lovely. Beautiful view from the two front windows. We wished we would have stayed longer. Easy drive into Cardross and Helensburgh. Claire was very welcoming and always available. Would definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Cottage! Thank you!

I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Lovely clean, well equipped home in a great location for both town and beach. House was decorated beautifully for the festive season. Good communication with host, always friendly and helpful. Would certainly be happy to return.

We stayed here for my Dad’s birthday to climb some munro’s. It was a great location only 15 mins drive from aviemore with great restaurants. So many walking routes nearby, beaut surroundings. Loch Insh is on your doorstep with lots of activities to do there. Linda’s place was lovely, it had everything you needed and very tastefully decorated with plenty of space for a group. A wonderful highland experience. Would absolutely stay again, thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Spent a lovely time over Christmas... nice walk to the town along a promenade type path (dog loved the pebbled beach). Great views over the water, lovely big dining table for us all to get together for dinner, enough space for us all to do our different things ...and enjoyed a couple of dips in the hot tub at the end of a fun day! Didn't travel too much around the area, but Dunoon itself was nice and took a walk round nearby puck's glen which was worth the visit if you like country walks All in all, great place to stay Thanks Cam

Beautiful property in amazing surroundings. Anything you could wish for this property has covered. All the small details have been thought of and more. If you wanted a dream home looking upon the mountains in the UK this would be it. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fife! We were a big group of three families, and the space was perfect for everyone. The house is spacious, well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. The location was also great – close to local attractions and beautiful coastal walks. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway with a large group. We hope to return again!

The Old Nunnery was easy to find. Entry was supposed to be a key code lock but this was broken. We could enter but not lock the door. One phone call and Tom who was looking after the property immediately attended and arranged for a locksmith. A new lock was fitted within a couple of hours which was brilliant. The house is large and provided great accommodation for the family. We were comprised of adults and older teens giving them space to socialise and play games but also space for everyone to watch a film together. Huge kitchen and dining room perfect as we took all our meals together creating a very special Christmas. We were 15 in total and it did not feel crowded.the kitchen has lots of crockery and cutlery and a fantastic bar area. Hot tub steam room and sauna which was greatly enjoyed. There are sone artworks as mentioned in previous reviews which might not be suitable for younger children. The views are stunning and many a morning spent watching the seals. Short drive to shops

Excellent stay in lovely house. Plenty of space and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Great location, quiet, nice view of Loch Tay. Hosts very friendly and really quick in response to any questions. Would recommend and stay again myself.

Fantastic stay at the pink nest! 2nd time staying and won’t be our last! Kids love it and the hot tub is an extra bonus! Air fryer, games etc there so you don’t have to bring your own! Fab location and near to a Tesco! Can’t wait to book again! Thank you x

Alice's place was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and left a note in the guest book saying as such. I took my girlfriend away to propose (she said yes). The space was stunning, absolutely beautiful and will hold a very special place in my memory. We really wanted to use the outside bath but didn't have the chance to, so we'll be coming back for a wash at some point.

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

Thank you so much for providing such a welcoming, clean and peaceful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & so lucky with the weather. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning. I brought my kayak and used it on the loch with friends. Just a few steps away from the lodge which was so handy. The hot tub was luxury and absolutely spotless. Loved every minute with my best friends.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate his first cancer free birthday in 5 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin exceeded my expectations, it has been built to the highest standards and takes advantage of the most beautiful surroundings. It is stunning inside, plenty of natural light in each room. The log fire was lovely at night and kept the place very warm and cosy. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you may wish to cook. Samantha left us a beautiful hamper full of treats and took the time to personalise a few wee things. The outdoor bath was also lovely! We spent most of our time watching the wildlife on the loch. There is a pair of nesting swans which are so fascinating to watch. Lots of other bird life including ducks and geese, our wee dog loved watching them all too! I have already recommended Tirahs Landing to friends and family. It’s a very special wee place that’s full of surprises!

The cabin is a lovely location for a peaceful holiday in the countryside. The views are stunning and the walks around the site are very good. The hot tub was a nice feature, and we used it a few times while we were there.
