Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. House was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Kirsty made the whole experience wonderful. Will definitely return.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Pascal

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

Vi hade helt fantastiska 6 dagar i denna villa, golf varje dag för att sedan landa ut vid poolen och loungen med efterföljande middag. Absolut inget att klaga på, bil rekommenderas.

tät kontakt vid behov. snabba svar. huset var så fridfullt. sköna sängar om än i smalaste laget för vår smak men då fanns det ju två sovrum så det löste sig superbra. bra utrustat kök = lätt att laga middagen hemma och inte behöva gå på restaurang var eviga kväll ;) Kort sagt Ester med familj var enastående bra hyresvärdar

Great place to live, nice area and very close to the beach. Very clean and nice apartment. The highlight is definetely the balcony.

Staying at Klaudia's apartment in La Mata was absolutely the best decision we could have made for our visit to Torrevieja! My husband and I were looking for a quieter alternative to the crowded areas, and this location was perfect. Being on the first line of the beach with that fantastic view and terrace was such a treat. We truly enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation. The location of the apartment is a real catch! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of having so many paths for walking and jogging right outside. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast and dinner. Having bikes allowed us to explore the beautiful parks and lakes nearby, and with a car, we could easily venture out to charming small cities like La Senia and Orihuela. I highly recommend Klaudia's apartment if you are planning a trip to this part of Spain and are looking for quality accommodation in a wonderful, tranquil setting.

Cudowne miejsce dla osób które chcą wypocząć w spokoju i pięknymi widokami. Faktycznie na plażę jest dużo schodów, ale należało się z tym liczyć po wcześniejszych opiniach (dla widoków warto). W okolicy piękne czyste plaże. Bez problemu z miejscem do zaparkowania auta. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko. Zameldowanie i komunikacja bezproblemowe.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine idéale pour une famille avec des petits enfants. Le voisinage est fantastique! C’est un cadre magnifique et tranquille! Il y a un aldi qui se construit à 10 minutes à pied, la plage de Los locos a 15 minutes a pieds. Nous avons aimé découvrir Torrevieja et nous avons été surpris par cette destination de vacances qui est idéal! La promenade du bord de mer est magnifique avec beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins! L’appartement est très bien situé et très propre! Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Ils sont discret et disponible rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée et les jardins sont bien entretenus! Nos hôtes nous ont laissé beaucoup de cadeaux et de petites surprises en arrivant! Ils sont aux petits soins! On a aimé cette maison! Merci pour tout encore!

Fantastisch luxe appartement met alle maar dan werkelijk alle voorzieningen. Heel veel extra’s bv in de keuken een Jura koffiemachine incl bonen alsmede een koffiecupapparaat incl diverse soorten cups. Diverse verwennerijen en royaal gevulde fruitschaal. In badkamer ook heel veel aanwezig oa bodylotion, shampo, haarlak, make-up watten, inlegkruisjes, luxe toiletpapier etc. Fijne en veel handdoeken. Heerlijke matrassen en kussens alsook het beddengoed. Super was ook de pelletkachel die een zalige warmte af gaf. Badkamers met vloerverwarming. Dubbele parkeerplek in ondergrondse parkeergarage. Wij hebben hier een fijne week gehad met super attente hosts welke voor ons zelfs een nieuwe tv plaatsten zodat wij met onze telefoon nederlandse programma’s konden streamen. Wat een service. Het appartement ligt op de 5e verdieping met prachtig uitzicht. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de wintermaanden in het geheel geen zon op het balkon komt. In het ervoor gelegen park kun je wel in de zon zitten

Tack för en superhärlig vistelse under de fyra dagarna i huset! Vi samt övriga familjen firade min frus 65-årsdag och blev mer än väl serverade av Leifs rekommenderade kockteam som kom att bli en oförglömlig upplevelse för oss alla. I övrigt stortrivdes vi alla vid poolen på dagarna och i de många samkvämsfaciliteterna under övrig tid. Allt fanns och var väl genomtänkt för en fin gemenskap mellan gästerna. Tack Leif än en gång för en fantastisk vistelse och jag kan inte nog rekommendera Villa Punta Prima till andra!

Mi estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento era tal como se describe en el anuncio, muy limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación era perfecta, con fácil acceso. El anfitrión fue muy atento y estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta o necesidad durante mi estancia. En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y no dudaría en volver en el futuro.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

We had a brilliant 2 week stay in January. The house is perfect and we felt at home straightaway. The beach is lovely and only 10 minutes walk away. The town of La mata is easily walkable and you can get a bus into torrevieja. Nick is a brilliant host with great communication. We loved it and would definitely return.

Dejlig bolig med stort udendørs område. Med mange dejlige ude møbler. Rigtig hyggeligt møbleret ude som inde. Meget imødekommende vært, som svarer inden for kort tid. Vi nød virkeligt vores sommerferie og fik slappet af og svømmet i den meget store og flotte pool.
