Selected Tim’s property for a Field Hockey tournament at UC Davis. This wonderful home exceeded all expectations for everyone in the group including my husband, 2 teen daughters and my parents. Super clean, thoughtful design, plenty of space to gather as well as retreat to private bedrooms. Walkable to all the diverse restaurants and shops in downtown Davis. We will definitely return!

The reviews honestly don’t do this place justice. It’s rare to find something this clean, cozy, and well-kept—especially in a quiet suburban area where Airbnb options are limited. From the moment you arrive, the gated entry and secure access codes make you feel safe and welcomed. Inside, everything is spotless and easy to use—the fan, the TV, all the little details are thoughtfully set up. The Jacuzzi? Perfectly timed and ready when requested. I could go on, but I’ll just say this: give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

We had a lovely stay in Sacramento! This home was walking distance to our friends’ house in Land Park and just a short commute to my husband’s office farther North. The hot tub and backyard space were particularly awesome, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed (traveling with a three year-old). The beds were comfy and the rooms tidy and spacious. This property also had a friendly, helpful host! Good food and family-friendly activities were easy to access (the Sacramento Zoo is walking distance!) We will definitely be back.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Rose. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. Her attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! Beautiful home, gorgeous gardens and the pool and hot tub are not large, but so so great for traveling with younger kids. Waterfall in the pool, chef’s kitchen. 3 bathrooms. Feels private and Davis is just an amazing city to visit particularly if you have young kids! This property allows for easy access to ride your bikes (mostly without the bother of sharing the road with cars!!!) Bring pool floaties, bikes, bike trailers and ice chests! Spend a Weekend here and teach your kids to be safe in the water and ride a bike all in one weekend!! Hosts are very responsive and kind, owner clearly loves this property and the landscaping is beautiful. Loved it!

We loved our stay here. The house was cozy and felt like a home. I loved the touches like the sand-towels for the pool, and that there was plenty of cookware. I was so thankful for the pressure cooker. I usually pack ours, but forgot. Overall, anything I could think of was there and available. We loved our stay and will come again.

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

Christian was there to help me get inside and even helped me carry in all my stuff! Of course I loved that it was pet friendly and Christian gave me suggestions of where to take my dog on a walk. The backyard area where the Airbnb is is so nice and clean and attractive. The Airbnb is just the right size for 1 or 2 people and a pet. Very modern, clean, and pleasing. I hope to stay there again when I am in the Sacramento area.

The place was very spacious and able to accommodate our large family plus one dog well instead of booking multiple hotel rooms around the area. The backyard is very large and well enclosed. The house had very large rooms and many beds of various quality, but neatly kept. The overall house/furniture has some wear and tear, but it had all that we needed during our stay. Because it was such a large house, it felt airy and not stuffy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, house was easy to find right off the freeway and near plenty of eateries. We would definitely consider this place again when visiting in Elk Grove.

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

Location was great, close to many wineries and restaurants in Plymouth. The property was great for our group and our dogs. Very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.
