The only thing I didn't feel comfortable with was that the blankets smelled bad and I paid a cleaning fee and now they are asking me for more money when the house was left dirty, normal basic cleaning things and now she says that the house was a mess. In my innocence I think that if they pay a cleaning fee there was no problem with it not being 100% clean. I would also recommend that when you arrive you take photos because later they want to charge you for things that were not in perfect condition.

Jen's place was so clean and spacious and was so much bigger than expected. The pool was inviting and the back deck area is a great place to hang out. Very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. And the two eating areas came in handy as we are a group of crafters so we could leave our projects out and still had a table to sit at for meals. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are extremely comfortable. Probably the only negative is that the air conditioners do struggle to cool the main living spaces, due to their size and high ceilings. And not all spaces are air conditioned and this is a bit hard in February when it is so hot and humid. Not enough to put us off wanting to stay there again though. Great hostess and great place.

It was a difficult accommodation to carry heavy luggage, but the host was kind, the house was comfortable, and it was perfect.

Zoe has been very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The cottage is very comfortable and as picutred.

House was perfectly set up for our Family stay with everything you needed. Amy had Christmas decorations and a tree beautifully set up for us for when we stayed so it was so nice to arrive too. We used the pool everyday and had a BBQ each night on the spacious deck. The outdoor TV had the cricket on each day as well to make it even better. The view from the back deck was peaceful and the neighbours were even friendly. Having 2 living areas made it easy when we wanted some space and peace. The laundry is the best room in the house. We are going to model ours on the layout and size. Great stay. Great house. Great area. Great holiday. Great host

Wow!!! We had the most lovely stay at Manida’s guesthouse. Firstly, it’s huge (more like a house than a guesthouse) lots of open space & very comfortable and well furnished. The property and surroundings are beautiful, we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the offered tennis, golf & pool as it was a business trip but will definitely be back and hopefully get to enjoy the offerings. We work away 90% of the time so we have stayed in many many AirBNB’s and this would have to be on the top of the list, very good value for money, home made bread, breakfast and more. Thank you for having us.

Such a special spot in Redland bay. The house have everything you need and the pool was the real MVP for the kids and going in it 2-3 times a day (starting at 7.30 😅) Rooms were spacious and bedscomfortable. There was 4 adults and 4 kids under 7 and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The undercover area was great for lunch / dinner and some shelter. The basketball court was fun for the kids to play and they loved roaming to find sticks or wallabys that came onto the property. Melissa was such a wonderful and helpful host. Nothing a problem and very responsive. We would come stay here again!

Our stay with Ali and Rina was lovely! The building was very nice and in a great location, and the pool was a great plus. Ali was very friendly and easy to communicate with!

After having to change our plans due to cyclone Alfred, we decided on Kristy’s place based on reviews, photos and general knowledge of the location. Initially there was a little confusion of where the lockbox was, but once sorted we found the unit very inviting. A short stroll to the beautiful beach, heaps of choices for meals within easy walking distance. 25 min drive to Currumbin Rock Pool and Long Tan Park. The grounds man of the unit complex worked diligently to keep the grounds looking smart. Kristy was always responsive to any questions/feedback about a couple of easy to fix maintenance points we had/provided. The fan in main bedroom you need to turn main switch before using the remote control. 😊Tea-towels were supplied, but no dishcloths, which wasn’t really an issue as I had packed paper towels. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this unit. If there were other units in the complex to rent it would be a great location for a family reunion.

Absolutely incredible! 😍 This place exceeded all expectations. The space is not only huge but beautifully designed—stunning in photos, yet even more breathtaking in person. We stayed at Sandi’s for a week but did not want to leave. Spectacular oceanfront views. Nice pool area to relax after beach. Apartment cozy yet spacious. Great location. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery store. The Oceanside boardwalk a plus! Would highly recommend!

We rented the apartment for just over a month, and it met all our needs. In fact, we were very comfortable. It is located close to the local amenities, the marina and the train station, and so is very convenient to meet a variety of needs. Adam was very friendly and willing to help.

My stay here was great! It was very clean and tidy and lots of little extra things were provided to help make my stay more comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It’s not a far walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and things to do close by. Clear instructions were also provided on how to access the place! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Wow wow wow. One of the best accommodations I have ever been to. The Airbnb is super clean, well kept and spacious. We felt super comfortable during our stay. Furthermore, the area is really nice. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and there are restaurants and cafes as well. Sammi was super kind, helpful and quick to respond. She even allowed us to check in a few our early which helped us massively since we had a lot of baggage. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

We had to extend our stay due to the cyclone, and Derek and Heiddy were very understanding and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean, with beautiful views and in a great location with the beach, shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The building was also very quiet and private, with a handy laundry downstairs. We'd be very happy to come back again when the weather is nicer! :)

This was booked for my 81yr mother, travelling on her own. The location was perfect, across the road from the Broadbeach bus station, and Pacif Fair shopping centre + an easy walk to the beach. Mum said the apartment was perfect with everything she needed, breakfast on the balcony each morning, very peaceful with a lovely view. Mum said she felt safe at all times. Mum said she swam every day in the pools, plenty of places close by to choose from for a meal, coffee, or morning/afternoon tea. I had many questions leading up to mums visit and Lauren was fantastic in her quick replies, providing so much helpful added information.

This is the 2nd time staying at Scott’s place because we love it so much. Perfectly located in Currumbin with uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast. The unit itself is clean and modern and is perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway with Amazing Views I stayed at this beautiful Airbnb with two girlfriends, and it was everything we could have wished for. The apartment’s layout offered great privacy, with each of us enjoying breathtaking ocean views. Watching the sunrise from my bedroom was unforgettable. The apartment was clean, modern, and had a luxurious feel. The two swimming pools and sauna were a perfect bonus. Plus, the location was ideal—just across the road from the beach, with easy access to public transport and restaurants. Sophie, our host, was so friendly, helpful, and responsive, making our stay even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable retreat.

We were lucky enough to stay at Casa d’mar for 3 weeks. The apartment is really excellent, spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views over Kirra Beach are incredible. We felt comfortable right away and everything is on your doorstep. Unfortunately the cyclone hit us whilst we were there which left the whole area without power for a few days but Peter and Robert kept us upto date with important safety information and checked in with us throughout. I really would recommend this property to anyone .. actually quite sad to leave. Thankyou Claudine UK
