Hot tub was a huge hit for my son. House was beautiful and offered fun things for the kids. Close to tons of food and shopping. Tucked away on a private street away from traffic. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Area called for worst weather in 16 years so owner came to personally check on us and make sure we felt comfortable and safe, above and beyond the call of expectation. Cannot thank them enough

Matthew was great with communication. When our initial trip did not happen, he was extremely accommodating and allowed us to switch to another weekend. His place is exactly how it is described in the listing. We would definitly stay there again.

What a great place this was! Our family wanted to spend time in Downtown Nashville (but didn’t want to stay in the busy city the entire trip). The location was perfect and allowed us to spend time in the city, having time to rest & enjoy some quiet. If we had stayed more than the weekend, we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and patio. My favorite spot was the front porch swing! Best seat in the house for morning coffee.

Brandon’s place is in a great neighborhood. Quiet, clean, and very easy to find. He is an outstanding host. Prompt replies to messages and easy to communicate with.

Lovely cottage and great place to stay. We truly felt like we were "at home" when we were staying here. The location is great, close to downtown, great restaurants and just a short drive to shopping and other great places to visit. Thank you so much for being pet friendly.

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

LaDonna planned ahead, left the lights on as we’d be arriving late and let us know about some bad weather, even turning the TV to a local station for weather updates. Her place is peaceful and so clean. A great place to stay when visiting Clarksville.

Beautiful space. Enjoyed our stay. Saw lots of deer and a beautiful water feature to sit by and relax. Hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. Had home-made chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful place and the area is really nice! It was stormy while we stayed, but we look forward to trying to come back when it's nice outside to be able to explore the area more. The hosts were wonderful and everything was as described. 10/10 stay!
