Nicki's little apartment was just what we needed as we were passing through the area. It was very clean and had everything we expected and needed.

Chose the Garfield house for a long term stay for a business project in Lancaster. Tom is a great host!

Excellent unit, very convenient to Court Street and OU. The only problem I had was with having to park in the lot across the street instead of the driveway beside the unit. My vehicle was vandalized on the last night of my stay. Other than that one unfortunate blemish, my stay was wonderful.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for a visit. Spacious, well-appointed, and easy-to-access. Super close to OU’s campus, and minutes to anywhere else in Athens. Host is highly responsive, proactive, and professional. Would highly recommend, and this would be my first consideration for my next stay for return visits.

Lovely place to stay; will be coming again. Clean, amenities were lovely, furniture design was aesthetically pleasing. Had a lovely time and Lancaster OH is a lovely town to tour!

We loved our stay at Angie’s place. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet but close to town. Angie sent very detailed information before check-in and was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Melissa and Steve were excellent hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable and was like stepping back in time to my childhood home. I had one small issue out of their control and they responded immediately with a fix. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in town.

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for what we needed! Thank you again!

Amazing stay once again, always my favorite place to go!

This place was everything the pictures and description said it was. We arrived later in the evening than we had originally planned. There was plenty of lighting outside to allow us to get our stuff and get inside. Once we were inside we were greeted by music on the surround sound and awesome lighting. Everything was clean and there was no clutter, which made my wife happy! The bathroom was well lit and also very clean. The hosts literally thought of everything when they put this place together. The bedroom had the zero gravity bed which was something new for us. The remote for the light and fan in the bedroom was genius! We will definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting the Columbus area and I am pretty sure we will stay again.

This unit is new so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but our Evolve contact Andi went above and beyond in their responsiveness and communication. This was such a a great place to stay!

we enjoyed our stay at pine creek villas. it had beautiful scenery and everything matched the descriptions as listed. they were very responsive and quick to message back answer to any questions i had. my boyfriend forgot his hat and we didn’t realize until we checked out. i communicated this to them and they let us stop back to grab it. looking forward to booking with them again in the near future and taking my kiddos 🩶

As before, another great stay at Orchard Gables at the Zenner House! My daughter and I came down to OU for sibs weekend to visit our other daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. I’m sure we’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

Mike was awesome, we had an issue with the other cabin I rented, and before we got there, he called me to find a solution. The place was awesome, very clean, very quiet, and he was very responsive whenever I had a question or anything. We definitely recommend going to any of his properties.

Great place to stay at. Did a solo trip for a night, enjoyed the cave beside the airbnb and the hot tub a lot. It was clean and highly maintained. The only con was driving to and from the location as I am not used to driving in the US so it was a bit nerve racking for me at night to drive through the woods. Other than that everything was great.
