Loíza : locations d'appartements de vacances

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

Habacuc was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. However, the resort is located in a neighborhood that felt a bit less desirable. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable walking to nearby places, and our only options for dining were either staying in or driving about 30 minutes to find better places to eat which wasn’t ideal. The resort, unfortunately, is in need of some maintenance. There were several cosmetic repairs needed around the property, and we were also disappointed to find that the lazy river and water slide were out of order during our stay—something we weren’t aware of before booking. While the apartment itself was great, the resort amenities were not up to expectations, which was a bit of a letdown.

Great location and property. Pools were good and other amenities as well. Beach area could be improved. I also recommend getting apartment number plate. But overall worth the money.

Roy's place was like a home away from home, had all the necessary amenities and Roy was super fast responding if I had any questions. 100% recommended!

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

The host was very responsive and kind. Location on this end was very convenient. It was away from the main choice spot close enough to drive without an issue. My husband and 22-year-old son were also on the trip and we all found the space to be inviting and spatial. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was great for our group of 6 adults (friends/family/girls trip) and two infants. Very clean, newly remodeled, and good layout. Beds are comfortable and 2 bathrooms are a huge plus! There's room for our stuff and Lymarie's place provided items for a great beach day. We all enjoyed the pools, the quiet resort, and the porch! Wish we would have spent more time at their beach area, but it was a little ways to walk with babies and I had a knee injury so we just stayed closer to the condo. The location was great to drive to places we wanted to see including the ferry if you want to go to Culebra Island. The rainforest is very easy to get to and local grocery store is right down the road. Walmart is about 15 minutes away. We rented a van and would highly recommend having your own vehicle so you can visit other areas of PR that are amazing too. Highly recommend!

cozy apartment. close to all major locations.

Our plane arrived in town around 3 AM. The directions from Jorge were very clear and made it easy for our Uber driver to locate the address. When we arrived at the apartment, we had no difficulty accessing the keys from the box to get in the gate and unit. The apartment is a short drive or Uber ride to/from the airport, touristy areas, and the cruise port. Throughout our 2-night stay, Jorge and his wife were responsive to our messages and offered local recommendations. We much appreciated these wonderful hosts!

We recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb in Loiza, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all our expectations! Our family of eight loved the spacious home, which was perfect for our large group. The comfortable bedrooms ensured good sleep after our adventures, and we enjoyed the open-concept living area that led to a private terrace. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a few pools the kids adored even though the lazy river area was closed due to construction. Cesar made sure to let us know in advance before our arrival. With beach access beach, we spent our days soaking up the sun and collecting seashells. Overall, it was a fantastic trip! We will stay there again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

Great place. Looked exactly like the pics. Very clean. Hosts responded quickly. Only down fall is the sketchy convenient store across the street who knows the place is Airbnb. Other than that great place to stay.

The place was great to stay. It’s private and parking isn’t far at all if you get a rental. Nice places around the area to see and best of all NO false Advertising on what you get for the bnb.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

Fred and vane were very responsive! Check in was easy, apartment is clean, private, quiet with a beautiful beach. The hot tub is so nice too! I would say, the location is a bit far from San Juan and not so many restaurants near by, but overall we had a great stay!

Maribel’s place was the perfect stay for my family. We were provided with clear instructions for check in, given local recommendations and always had a quick response when we had a question. The unit was clean. Having beach chairs, and a wagon to bring our belongings down to the beach was very convenient. The resort grounds were lovely, lush and had lots to do for my 2 young kids. It was more of a secluded area but great for families and had security presence to enter the property. Restaurants in the area are only open Friday-Sunday so a car rental and/or purchasing groceries is key. Our only complaint was that there was not a BBQ present as shown in the pictures and we were told this was due to fire department regulations. However, many people had them on their balconies. Otherwise we would recommend this place to those staying in the Loiza area :)

La propriété était très propre et correspondait très bien à la description. On voyageait avec nos 4 enfants on cherchait donc un endroit sécuritaire, accessible et qu'on pouvait profiter de la plage, des piscines, des parcs, terrain de basketball, tennis et même le mini putt. Il y avait pleins d'accessoires pour faciliter la vie de famille: Ballon de basketball, ballon de volleyball, bâton de mini putt ainsi que des balles, raquettes de tennis et balles, 4-5 jeux de sociétés, flotteurs pour enfants et bébé 1 à 4 ans, chaises de piscines, parasol, glacière, etc. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Aucun lave vaisselle par contre. C'est super d'avoir un air climatise par chambre et un ventilateur de plafond. Je recommande absolument d'avoir une voiture pour se promener car malgré qu'il y a un dépanneur au coin de la rue le walmart est à 20 min. Je retournerais sans problème et je recommande cet endroit.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Emmanuel was a phenomenal host — we had a minor issue and he more than worked with us. He gave us great recommendations for entertainment. Super close to the beach and pool. (You can see the pool and beach from your front door!) The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need. The A/C and fans were great. The beds were comfortable. Everything you would need for the beach was provided. If we head to Puerto Rico again, we will be back with Emmanuel! 🇵🇷☺️

nice condo. the complex had multiple pools and playgrounds. other reviews accurately described a small bit of confusion on finding the unit, that only 1 pool is heated, that the water slide only runs weekends, that security is solid at the front gate. comfy beds. good a/c. loud outdoor music on weekends. good location.

My family of six, 4 kids aged 7-17, really enjoyed our stay. The third floor condo is only a couple hundred yards from the ocean and steps away from all of those pools! This trip was a break from our habit of going to the siesta key/ Anna maria areas and I was ready for some adventure, diversity and culture. Stay inside the safe walls of the Aquatika resort and you’ll forget you’re in Puerto Rico, until an iguana crosses your path. But Aquatika is located about halfway between San Juan and several of the towns on the south east side of the island that you’ll need to get to during your stay. Angel was the best host I’ve rented from on Air bnb. He was communicating in the days leading up to the trip and made sure we had all the information we needed and even sent a list of his personal favorite places to go that we checked out and I found my favorite beach I have EVER been to (terraplen). The condo itself is great and we hope to return some day.
