Very scenic, perfect spot for our family of 4! Direct view of the beach, and a great balcony. There are some things worth knowing before you go: APARTMENT - There is no soap / shampoo, cooking oil, or laundry detergent - You'll have to bring a lot of basics, which is a bummer bc that's tough to bring on a flight - Beach chairs, towels, minigolf supplies were provided - There is no grill -A/C is in bedrooms only AQUATIKA - This is a gated community, not a resort. Great pools, great beach, but no restaurants or anything like that... not even a vending machine on the grounds - Good security - The lazy river is out of service. Would've been nice to know - Water slide and other water amenities are noted as open Fri-Sun, but were not turned on at all Fri / Sat... maybe they are on Sunday? - Pools were still great tho, never overcrowded & great for kids - The private beach is calm, great for kids with a reef protecting against huge waves - Stray dogs / cats on the grounds, friendly

Laura’s condo was spectacular my family of five enjoyed every minute of it. From waking up in the morning to going out on the balcony and watching the waves crash was probably my favorite part to start my day. The unit it self was very clean up to date and very homie from our home away from home. We stayed at another unit earlier in the week and we had groceries that were In The fridge we got ahold of Laura and she let us put our cold stuff in the fridge until we could get into the unit for check in which saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn’t have to throw our groceries away. She had her property manager Juan Carlos reach out to us and in 5 mins he got ahold of us and lets us put our things in the fridge. While we were there Juan Carlos would send us text messages where to eat and what there is to do on the island. Which was a hugh help for our first time. We had family game night every night because of the games that were provided. I can’t wait to book our next Christmas trip here

Awesome stay. Clean and accurate description. Would definitely use the spacious and quiet location again in the future. Because its a residential and gated community. Be prepared to Uber everywhere or have a rental car to get around the town.

This is our first trip to PR and Orlando’s place is our stop from Airport during midnight. We were so anxious and nervous how the check-in would go as we are reaching at odd time and didn’t want to disturb Orlando. But everything went smooth with his clear instructions. We liked the place very much and had fun during our stay. Our kids had great time.

The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

The place was just exactly what we expected !! Very beautiful ! Me and my family enjoyed & the pools and beach were definitely a plus ! Dennis was very responsive and helped us with each question we had and made sure we were having a good stay ! The neighbors around the resort are very friendly and very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

We truly enjoyed Carlos's Airbnb; it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a total plus. The rooms were very spacious, and the location was great—close to everything we wanted to do: Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo Beach. I’ve already suggested this Airbnb to some family members traveling to Puerto Rico by the end of the year because we found it to be perfect. The pools were nice, and it was quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed stargazing at night; it was beautiful. The only downside was that the nearby beach wasn’t really that great, but that’s understandable. Luquillo Beach was perfect for us, and back at the Airbnb, the pool was ideal. We even played some volleyball.

I loved my stay! My family had more than enough space. The kids enjoyed the 2nd living room and spent so much time exploring the different pools, lazy river, and beach. There were plenty of towels, glassware, and kitchen utensils. Seasoning, bug repellent, pool gear, dish soap, and even laundry detergent was made available so it truly felt like a home away from home. I didn't need to reach out to the hosts for any reason during our stay but they responded quickly to my messages informing them of my arrival and departure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. And I must share that I've stayed in 5 AirBnBs in PR and this is the only one that didn't have mosquitos inside. Thanks for everything! My family made lots of memories Christmas 2024 🎄🏝☺️

Comfortable place, it is safe, right by a private beach and pool which is a great vibe for Puerto Rico. Very responsive as well when we had questions about anything in the unit.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. El lugar está mejor que en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario y más. El espacio estaba limpio y muy cómodo, frente a la piscina principal. Nos hospedamos durante te la semana y en temporada baja así que muy tranquilo todo. El complejo estaba cerca de las playas de Piñones y nuestra favorita la de Playa Vacía Talega y restaurantes en la misma vía a San Juan. El primer día unos niños juguetones nos asustaron y tocaron la puerta en la madrugada, rápidamente avisamos a los dueños y Pablo llegó el día siguiente para ver cómo estábamos. Muy atentos.

This is an excellent location to stay when visiting Puerto Rico! Central to many beaches and very close to El Yunque! The private beach was awesome and the place is private and safe to walk around and enjoy a morning run. Thank you to Luis for allowing us to have a great experience in Puerto Rico.

My family and I absolutely loved our Airbnb stay! We felt like we were at home. The balcony was my favorite part just to be able to sit on the hammock and enjoy the fresh air every morning and every night was the best part. My kids felt super comfortable which is always my concern. everything was clean! Host was responsive and so helpful ! This place will definitely be our go to when visiting the island with our kids . The location is another 10/10 close to everything ! If you’re looking for something clean, close to everything and a great host this place is for you! Thank you for your hospitality we loved our stay ❤️

Nice place to stay with friends or family. The place is surrounded by multiple pools and access to the beach!

I love the condo. It was a lot of room and had a kitchen to cook. Two balconies. The beach was right in the back and there was a pool. I love the place!

Fantastic place! Beautiful home and location was fabulous, lots of activities fir the kids and great food and music nearby. Will definitely stay again when I return to PR.

We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s place! The condo was as described and our family enjoyed the space and location. We mostly enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas while we were in Loiza, and it was just what we needed for some r&r. Lydia was responsive and accommodating to a few minor issues we had- thank you so much Lydia for making our trip so special! For other travelers- we did not rent a car and used Uber to get to/from the resort and to the nearby grocery store. Took a little planning ahead but all in all was a great option for us and saved us a lot of $. I would recommend this rental! It was just what our family of six needed to relax and enjoy time together.

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

We had a great stay. Aquátika is quiet by resort standards and the condo was beautifully updated. Plenty of space, very well stocked and furnished. The pool areas are plentiful. Only downside when we were there was the lazy river was drained and being repaired. That still leaves 4 or 5 other pools though! There is a basketball court and large tennis / pickleball courts that have lights. Really useful!

The stay at Félix's place completely exceeded my expectations! Me and my friends had such a lovely time and the apartment had everything we could have needed and more- including beach toys, chairs, beach towels, and a boogie board which we loved especially not being able to travel with much. The apartment was gorgeous, our favorite was having an outdoor couch! The apartment address is not accurate if put directly into google maps, but Félix is extremely helpful in giving the correct directions. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach that we got to ourselves most of the time and overlooks a pool and the mountains on the other porch. I will say having a rental car is very helpful and we would recommend. The villas are in a very safe and gated community but the surrounding town does not have much in terms of walkability to restaurants; there is a grocery market and restaurant that we frequented that were only a 5 minute walk away. All in all, I would absolutely recommend and return!

My family had a blast. Unit is as pictured. Steps from the pool and ocean. We spent a lot of time on back porch listening to mother nature, birds and waves. Unit has good beach supplies. Host was great at communication and local recommendations. We arrived at 2am and had no issues with check in. We had grocery pickup at the local Walmart 15 min away. Unit is best to access with a car vs ride share. We went to several local beaches and walked the ocean on site every night, felt safe. El Parrialla to dine-in , D&D pizza delivery, very good food & went to Carabali Park for our UTV and hayride rainforest tour. We liked the hayride the best, as the UTV get you very dusty & in your eyes. If you visit that, make sure to try the food/drinks. Thank you host, it was a pleasure. I would love to come back and stay longer! Perfect location. Not to from town, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and less traffic areas, but still close enough to drive into town. Great unit!

Nothing short of excellent, the staff and rental are good for a solo trip or couple with one other. it is connected to a a beach , the residence is clean and staff are very accommodating. Be mindful the staff and locals don't speak English but do their best to assist you , there is a local pharmacy/ store near by for snacks, drinks, food , Tylenol etc....that accepts credit card and cash. bring quarters as there is laundry on site.. It is out of the city but not that far.. 30 min drive from San Juan airport and EL yunque and a 15 min drive from Rio grande It was my first Airbnb and first trip Puerto Rico, I would come back and hope to rent from Jay again.

Ruth was a very attentive and helpful host, and her rental was beautiful, clean, and adequately stocked with amenities. We would absolutely recommend this rental (especially for families) and we would recommend Ruth as a super host as well.

We enjoyed our stay. It would’ve been nice to have a restaurant on site. A place to get a drink and snacks would’ve been great! We really had a great time on the beach. A little disappointing the lazy river was out of service but it should be nice when it’s finished.
